One of the best website to sell AK-1N Tufting.
Best thing about them is very much fast shipping in European countries.

Dit is de eerste keer dat ik een tuftmachine koop bij Tufting Europe. Snelle en veilige levering, ze behouden echt de kwaliteit en natuurlijk de originaliteit van de goederen die ze verkopen. Ik ben blij met mijn ervaring met hen.

When I first ordered a carpet from Tufting Europe I wasn't sure they would ship me the product in just two days!
Also, the contact service is incredibly helpful, I wasn't sure what to buy before they hand me the instructions that I needed to order my first purchase with the company.
It was a fantastic experience and I'm definitely going to do it again.

tufting europe company is great. I bought the AK-1N Tufting machine from them, and it arrived to me within a day and a half. The machine is excellent, original, and works well, they also have a friendly fast responsive customer support, highly recommended.

1. Ontvangen van de Tuft gun ging niet vlekkeloos.
Na actief mailen heb ik de gun ontvangen, uiteindelijk goedgekomen. Prima opgelost.

2. Gun is zonder manual of link naar een online manual geleverd. Ik heb een vrij nieuw model volgens mij, dus is het lastig om duidelijke info te vinden. Ik heb hier naar gevraagd, en geen reactie op gehad. Jammer.

3. Verder heb ik een instellingsprobleem wat waarschijnlijk niet eens lastig is om op te lossen (weet zelf alleen niet hoe). Hierover heb ik een mail gestuurd, en ik denk met 2 reminders verdeeld over +- 3 maanden. Geen reactie tot op heden. Dit vind ik super storend ook omdat er geen telefoon nummer is wat ik kan bellen.

I wish I didn't have to write this, but DON'T BUY HERE. Bought a gun here and a few other supplies. The gun was never working properly, even when i exchanged scissors with a new pair.
I contacted them several times but they were/are unresponsive. Now I had to file a complaint with the european customer support and i hope they can solve this as it has been a horrible experience that's lasting for almost a whole year! :(

Unfortunately my experience was very bad. Order which came was not mine and when I tried to contact TuftingEurope team several times, nobody replied to me. It has been almost two months and I still don't know what is with my order.

I cancelled my order a minute after placing it as the shipping cost was twice the price of the item and didn't show til I'd clicked to pay. I emailed them immediately but as they don't look at emails for 4 days they'd already sent the thing and just suggested I send it back - incurring more shipping fees! Hopeless. Customer dis-service at its worst and stupidest

Génial juste une petite inquiétude car le colis a eu un peu de retard et je n’ai pas eu de réponse. Mais il est finalement arrivé et la qualité du matériel est superbe merci !

Wordt niet geleverd binnen de beloofde bezorgingstermijn, en de verzendkosten zijn duurder dan normaal binnen NL

Good shipping but you should get some instructions in the box for those who Never used the gun.

Szybka wysyłka, bez problemów. Paczka mogłaby być trochę lepiej zabezpieczona jak na wysyłkę zagraniczną ale przyszła nie uszkodzona. Także wszystko okej.

This has been an awful experience. The item was never delivered and I never received any communication from the seller. This company might not actually exist as far as I know.

Shipping was delayed, no response from support until shortly after the item was delivered. But all in all delivery time was still okay-ish, even though it was only shipped out about a week after my purchase. Well, I have my ordered item, it works well, and have a discount code for the trouble for if I purchase anything else off the shop.

I payed my order, and I see that status is completed. But I have not received it. Tuftingeurope is not answering me in any social media
