Erg slechte klantenservice. Bezorging via DPD is een ramp, pakketjes worden niet geleverd en Tuftingshop reageert niet eens op emails. Niet echt professioneel...

I've placed around three orders with The Tufting Shop and have mostly had a good experience with them.

One order had some missing pieces with did unfortunately take 1 month to get resolved, however it was resolved nonetheless.

Really happy with the quality of the products I have received, from yarn, to tufting frame, and primary/secondary fabrics

I had a lot of trouble with customs. They processed one order as two separate orders, and customs first demanded £55, then £331. Communicating with the sellers is very difficult. I haven't received any replies to emails or messages. I've been dealing with this for a month regarding my £705 order. It's extremely frustrating.

They quickly resolved everything just hours after I posted comments here and on Google. They paid the customs duty—which had been charged a second time—and delivered my package to my home within 24 hours. I wish it hadn't come to that, but my problem was resolved.

The best customer service I've ever seen!
They answer fast and helped me multiple times with troubleshooting of the gun( caused by me ;)
Their guns are high quality, I have 2 and both are running

He comprado una maquina de tufting, he tenido problemas con el envío es decir con la empresa que tuftingshop contrata, para este servicio, les he escrito diciéndole que contacten con ellos, no responden, son ellos los que tendrían que garantizar que el producto llegue a nuestros hogares, no les interesa, prefiero pagar el envío, y no tener que rastrear mi paquete durante días, y tener que hacer 40 km para recogerlo, ese no era el trato. ESTOY MUY DESCONTENTA. Se trata de la empresa SEUR LA PEOR DE ESPAÑA, pueden ver sus reseñas, la maquina va bien, pero de la garantía nadie dice nada, es la factura de compra lo que respalda la misma?
Por cierto me envía un mensaje diciendo, ha recibido el paquete, de eso nada, HE RECOGIDO YO EL PAQUETE.
Han pasado dos días y no tengo una respuesta de ellos, eso si, a la hora de realizar el cobro, es inmediato.

Ordered a tufting gun in November and still no sign of it (now late December), or any response from them on email and can't get hold of them on the phone.

Heel fijn geprijsde producten, goede communicatie/ bevestiging via mail, netjes verpakt en super snel vanuit Polen in Nederland. Maandagavond besteld, donderdagmiddag in huis, super fijn!

Very good customer service. DPD f*** up the delivery twice - they resent it via post without any fees. A lot appreciated.
I stick to this shop already for years because of the good products.

But for this outstanding service I needed to write a review.

I have ordered from Tufting Shop four times now and have been really impressed with the quality of their products. Even when UPS caused a delay with the delivery, the team at Tufting Shop was quick to respond and genuinely tried to sort things out. It’s a company that not only provides excellent materials but also prioritizes customer support. Highly recommend!

The worst buying experience of my life. I would highly recommend that people avoid this company!

My items have still not arrived, it has been over 2 months now. Each time I contact them I am provided with a new excuse, even passing the blame to the delivery company (who had not received a parcel). After accusing them of Phishing and scamming, they had suddenly found and re delivered the item. This then immediately bounced back to the company and they’re ignoring all of my emails.

I couldn't be more disappointed . I made my order on the 29/11/2024 , they dispatched the item just on the 17 th of December , and we ended up that I was without for my daughter on the Christmas Day . They are absolutely unprofessional and not reliable , I still waiting for my refund . DON'T BUY FROM THEM !!!

Nem og overskuelig hjemmeside.
Deres leveringstid er også meget rimelig i forhold til at de er lokaliseret i Holland.
Alt i alt en pålidelig forretning og en god købs-oplevelse.

Good Products: tufting gun, scissors and yarns.

Prima levering, ondanks drukte van black friday. Wel jammer dat er geen nederlandstalige handleiding bij het product is (tuftinggun).

Toujours satisfaite, les envois sont toujours très rapides. Je recommande à 100%

I’m a new customer to this website. They have a solid variety of colour yarn, good guides if you should need them.
Had some issues with a delivery and customerservice were more than helpful! Highly recommend these guys!
