C 'est ma 2ème commande à tuftingshop. Colis reçu très rapidement. Commande passée le 1er mai 24 et reçue le 3 mai. Très contente de recevoir mes achats si vite.
La livraison initialement demandée à domicile a été possible en point relais, très pratique.
Produits de qualité qui correspondent à mes attentes.
Je recommande ce site.

Het leveringspunt was ondermaats
Het leveringspunt was ondermaats : ik moest zelf een halfuur zoeken naar het pakket tussen andere pakketten daar. De uitbater zei dat ze dit niet zelf konden doen voor 10 eurocent per pakket, wat ik ook begrijp.
Het zou beter zijn om voor een andere bezorgfirma te kiezen...

Super service
ordered some grippers, scissors en new replacement scissors for my gun, 1 thing was missing, but I reached out to them. I don't think it was there fault but I don't know, resolved the problem in a day and got send new item the next day, great costumer support ! will order again.

Goede kwaliteit, maar er ontbrak een artikel
De artikels die ik heb ontvangen zijn kwalitatief en fijn om mee te werken.
Er werd echter een artikel te weinig geleverd. Het duurde lang voor ik hierover een antwoord kreeg, maar het artikel wordt wel nog nagestuurd.

La pistola no corta la lana y el servicio técnico es horrible. Tardan muchos días en contestar y cuando ya no saben que decir ni contestan. Ahora a ver cómo consigo devolverla porque ha sido un desastre. La compré con la garantía que parecía que Lea avalaba y me equivoqué totalmente.
Actualizo: gracias a mi opinión en trust pilot se pusieron en contacto conmigo. Se que han recibido la pistola pero no me informan ni de si hay devolución, que problema tiene, si la van a arreglar… ahora me veo sin pistola ni garantía…
