I was not sure about the last tufting machine I ordered and Tufting shop came back to me quickly and solved my doubts!
I got most of my tufting machines on their website and they all work perfectly.

The packages came very quickley
The packages came very quickley. I miss instructions how to put together the pieces of the carpet gripper. Further, I haven't started the tuftpistol, but here there are instructions.

No hidden charges or fees, and I’m charges over £140 in fees upon delivery
Firstly I will say I’ve never had any issues when using this company before. But I decided to order bulk material on this occasion. Already spending around £500 to do so. The website states no hidden fees or charges so I assumed that was all. However upon delivery I had to pay custom fees of over £140 to be able to receive my parcel after it was stuck in customs. I spent over £300, and didn’t receive the supposed free gift either. Have tried to email (no response as of yet) & called the company to arrange a refund of these charges, was told this would happen in a few days (almost a week later and still no response). Hoping to sort this out as the company has been amazing previously & don’t want customs issues to spoil this for me - edited to 5 star following the customer service and apology I received

I received my order a whole month later…
I received my order a whole month later than promised. Customer service was at no help constantly referring to UPS which had no Information either to give me. Suddently the package was in my mail without any warning. I did not receive any compensation for this either. Not very please with this incident.

Pessimo servizio di consegna
Buon servizio di acquisto, pessimo servizio di consegna di BRT. Mi trovo in Italia, a Monza. La consegna era programmata per lunedì, ma è stata rimandata a mercoledì. Oggi sono rimasto a casa nell'orario prestabilito, ma il corriere non ha mai suonato. Uscendo, ho notato una nota nella cassetta delle lettere che indicava l'assenza di qualcuno al momento della consegna. Oggi mi recherò presso la sede del corriere per cercare di recuperare il mio pacco. Questo ritardo sta creando notevoli disagi, in quanto ho un ordine da completare e tutto ciò mi sta causando notevoli problemi.
