After trying different tufting companies on internet my opinion is that tufting shop is the best.
Tuftingshop is quick to ship orders from stock, they are polite and quick to respond to emails. I had an important order that I had a limit on. I offered to pay extra if they shipped it even faster if possible. The goods arrived just 7 days later and we are talking about a shipment to Northern Norway which usually takes about 14 days. I also avoid paying customs and shipping, only tracking the payment. So yes, tuftingshop is without a doubt the best supplier of what you need for tufting. Recommended!

Amazing customer service, high quality product
I reached out to Tuftingshop with a request for speedy delivery as I had some deadlines to meet and needed additional wool. They accommodated my request and shipped my order just two hours after placing it. The wool is of great quality too. I cannot recommend them enough and will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

My order left the shop only after 2 weeks and I got no message about this
My order left the shop only two weeks after the order date, and they didn't inform me about the delay. Fortunately, I kept spamming them with emails, and in the end, they gave me an answer. According to them, the issue was with DHL, the delivery company. I wouldn’t have had a problem with this if they had informed me earlier. To mention, I placed an $800 order, so it's very frustrating not to get any updates after paying that much money. I didn’t give them one star because, at least, they were polite and apologized.

Première déception après plusieurs commandes
Je suis toujours ravie de mes commandes de laine chez Tuftingshop, à l’exception de cette fois-ci.
Pour commencer, c’est la deuxième fois que je reçois un ruban de finition en cadeau, en commandant plus de 300€ de laine, je m’attends à un meilleur cadeau, surtout que je n’utilise pas de ruban.
Ensuite, le colis a été livré chez ma voisine que je ne connais pas puisqu’elle vient d’aménager. Il a été indiqué que le colis a été livré chez moi alors que je n’étais pas à la maison. Je n’ai pas été informée de l’endroit où se situait mon colis. J’ai appelé plusieurs voisins, sans succès. Ce n’est que le lendemain que la voisine qui avait mon colis est venu sonner chez moi. Dorénavant j’aimerais qu’un colis aussi précieux soit livré chez moi impérativement ou au moins qu’on me tienne au courant de l’endroit où il est livré. Merci quand même pour la commande, je reste satisfaite de la qualité des produits.
