I highly recommend this shop.
There was a small issue with my package. I had to pay some import fees ( buying from the UK ), but on the website, the fees were included in the price.
I contacted customer service, and they advised me to pay the customs fees and refunded me the amount in a few days.
Very satisfied with how they handled the problem.

bessere Qualität wär gut.
Die Ware kam sehr schnell, aber minderwertige Qualität und verschimmelt. Natürlich konnte ich die Sachen wieder zurückschicken aber es wurde mir keine ausweicht Artikel angeboten das fand ich sehr schade und auch das Flüssig Latex war nicht in der Konsistenz wie ich es gewohnt bin. Schade hätte gern mehr bestellt.

Fast delivery and good material :) the only downside is that I live in Switzerland and costums are super expensive but that isn’t the brand’s fault

Good service
Unfortunately the tufting guns I got was faulty or didn’t work in my country but the service was really good. Sometimes a little slow but they always answer on mail or phone

My favourite shop!
Tuftingshop is my favourite place for getting everything I need for my tufting projects! Their yarn is beautiful and the products are overall of great quality. Shipping is fast and mostly free if you spend a required minimum sum which is not very difficult. Their customer service is impeccable as well. Will definitely shop at Tuftingshop again!
