Tour con guida per visita Auschwitz-Birkenau

Acquistati 4 biglietti in data 5 dicembre 2025 per visita ad Auschwitz-Birkenau con prelievo in hotel il 30 dicembre ore 7.00 durata 7 ore e 30 minuti.
Alle 20.30 del 29 dicembre ricevo SMS con il quale mi informano che la visita a causa di un disguido non si può fare e che posso scegliere o il rimborso o farla il 31.12. Rispondo ok per il 31.12 e chiedo conferma per orario prelievo in hotel ..ore 7. Nessuno risponde, provo a telefonare e nessuno risponde..la mattina del 30 chiamo numero assistenza di Milano...che non ha indicazioni... attende risposte da operatore locale. ALLE 17.30 arriva sms che il tour ha qualche modifica😀.. ma si fa! Badate bene: prelievo in hotel alle 2.15 del mattino, attesa tra le 2 e le 4 ore (ma potrebbe anche essere maggiore) per avere i biglietti (quindi li acquistano al momento!!) e poi indicano una durata di circa 11-12 ore escluso il tempo di attesa...rispondo immediatamente che le condizioni sono per noi inaccettabili chiedo di cancellare ns prenotazione e di avere il rimborso di quanto pagato...oltre 400,00 euro! Evidente che la cancellazione non potevo farla prima delle 24 ore come da loro regola.. essendo stata informata soltanto 10 ore prima del prelievo in hotel!
Eppure assistenza di Milano dice che non rimborsano!
Consiglio: statene alla larga.
E la domanda Ú: pago il 5 dicembre un tour, che immagino dovrebbe garantire accesso veloce e non hanno neppure i biglietti..allora me lo esplicitate con chiarezza... personalmente Ú la prima volta che uso questa piattaforma.... e anche l'ultima... con altre, come get your guide sempre andato tutto bene... Tra l'altro sul volo di ritorno due signori mi hanno raccontato che anche loro avevano prenotato visita il 30 con get your guide e gli Ú stata cancellata ma con avviso 5 giorni prima e proposta per il 31 che non hanno accettato per le condizioni variate ma gli hanno riconosciuto il rimborso, e tra l'altro hanno così avuto tempo di organizzare visita in un agenzia locale per il 31 partenza ore 8 del mattino.

Visita ad Aushwitz

Questa mattina sono andata ad Aushwitz con la mia famiglia, con voucher che comprendeva trasferimento e entrata ad Auschwitz-Birkenau.
Biglietti acquistati il 4 dicembre 2025.
All'arrivo non abbiamo avuto i nostri biglietti di ingresso, e l'agenzia locale ci ha proposto solamente di ritornare domani alle ore 5.30 per tentare nuovo acquisto di biglietti.
Io alloggio a Cracovia. Inaccettabile.

Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial Tour

Booked Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum guided tour from Krakow. We were contacted the day before stating 1.30am pickup, then 2.20am pick up. Couldn't get collected from the hotel, even though it was minus 5, and the booking sites state you can. Driver finally arrived late at 3.30am. We were freezing, even though wrapped up well. Arrived at Auschwitz , then had to wait in the queue to purchase tickets (4hours). Very misleading as you think by purchasing the tour, you have bought a ticket, but no! Also, if you get there late, expect all tours to be booked or only available at the end of the day (further waiting times or no entry at all). This impacted the day before and after, as pick up was so early. I would not recommend to book with Musement, and although I was offered a 10% discount on another booking, I don't feel this compensates in any way. The museum is free, do yourself a favour and just take the bus but book direct with museum at least a month in advance.

Compras un visita con audioguía para ver la última cena en Milan y luego resulta que no incluye la visita que solo es la audioguia. Les llamo pues si no lleva la visita no me sirve y me dicen que no es reembolsable, que tenía que haber leído la letra pequeña, le replicó que el título pone bien claro visita con audioguía y nada, la culpa es mia por no leer y que ya hay reseñas quejándose, le replicó que por eso es una estafa, no mdificais el título de evento a pesar de las quejas y me cuelga

He comprado las entradas del Museo Dalí 

He comprado las entradas del Museo Dalí de Figueras a través de esta página, ya que salían como primera opción en el buscador, y he pagado 41,80 euros por las dos. He descubierto que el precio de estas a través de la página del Museo es de 36 euros. Me parece abusiva esta diferencia, teniendo en cuenta que no me están ofreciendo nada especial que compense la diferencia,

Times and prices are very confusing

Times and prices are very confusing. Final price is different from what's shown on the search results, some of the times are not available after selecting, names have to be entered multiple times when booking multiple experiences without the options to copy from the main one.

Tui Musement kann sich nur verbessern, nicht mehr verschlechtern.
Will einfach meine Beschwerde los werden Ìber eine nicht durchgefÌhrte Tour. Einfach mein Geld zurÌck haben. Aber man kann niemanden erreichen. Das ist eine Katastrophe, das Kontaktformular lÀsst sich nicht öffnen, auf E-Mails wird nicht reagiert. Der lokale Anbieter der Tour fÌhlt sich nicht zustÀndig,

Just do not book

We booked a full day trip from Agadir to Marrakesh. The trip it's was completely not as described. We did not get to visit any of the sites listed, and instead only got to see one briefly from the outside. The Guide seemed to be on some sort of mission to get commision from a herbalist store as we were shut up in a back room for an hour listening to a sales pitch which was not mentioned at all in the description. We were picked up (late) after waiting from 7am and we did not get our included lunch until after 1400. One of our party ended up with heat exhaustion as there were no breaks after arriving to stop and drink or to buy more water as we already drank what we brought from the hotel.

The "entrance fees" and "insurance" listed on the trip seem to be non existent. I would have been better just booking my own transport to Marrakesh as we would have had a better time without the "tour guide".

Overall a terrible experience, which was made worse by the shocking customer care from TUI Musement when we made a formal complaint. Their token partial refund doesn't begin to cover our additional expenses incurred. We've reported this to our credit card company and are awaiting further feedback. This ruined our trip to Morocco.

They are selling non-timed ticket to


They are selling non-timed ticket to Orangeri Museum which is basically the same as buying the ticket at the entrance, but at a higher price. It doesn’t say non-timed when advertising. I had to wait on the same line without ticket. Fake ticket!
