Fast delivery and items were well packed with ice pack. I enjoyed all products.

Very good range of products and goods. Ordered some instant tea and sweets from here and the delivery was very quick. Also the staff are very lovely and make sure that you're happy with your order.

I have used Tuk Tuk a couple of times and find them easy to deal with. Yes orders are taking a bit longer at the moment, but it’s understandable. The items came well packed and I damaged. Prices aren’t bad for a Chinese supermarket, and they have a lot of variety. When I chased my first order, the lady was polite and got my order moving, which I appreciated.

I've never ordered groceries online before since I always preferred going to the shop and the websites for most major supermarkets were really confusing to use. I was very impressed by the clean, simple interface and how everything was clearly displayed on their website. The whole process from ordering to delivery was very transparent and smooth.
Other than that they also had most of the items that I wanted. I will definitely start shopping for groceries online more often from Tuk Tuk Mart.

The shop's website makes it clear that order delays are in effect, and I ordered from Tuk Tuk Mart having read and accepted this.

There was indeed a substantial delay... but it was due to the parcel being damaged in transit and not making it to me at all.

The customer (me) attributed the wait to the delays being experienced, the sender didn't know the parcel had been damaged until (I believe) it was eventually returned to them.

This is where good customer service should kick in, and it did. Tuk Tuk phoned, explained, sorted out another parcel, asked about substitutions since some items were now unavailable, and got the whole thing in the post the next morning.

Would I order from Tuk Tuk Mart again? Absolutely. When things go pear shaped, that's when you find out about the ethos of a shop or company.

Courier mishaps happen. And once it was discovered, it was remedied with great courtesy.

10/10 service, great contact throughout the order and good communication about the delivery etc. A great range of products at much lower prices than Amazon and other retailers! Will definitely be using again.

I received my delivery around 10 days after ordering. There was a disclaimer on the sight referring to the delay and so this was expected. I was contacted about items that needed substituting which was easy to arrange. I do feel that there should be a method by which it is not possible to order items that will no longer. The frozen items had clearly been packaged to the best of their ability but still arrived mostly defrosted. Hopefully these will still be safe to eat. Overall I would be happy to buy from this website again as their customer service was great and they have a huge range of items.

I ordered vegetable sauce and char siu sauce from Tuk Tuk. They packed the items beautifully and I really liked the service I got.

Was recommended them by a friend as I couldn’t find any reliable Asian food stores in the North East. Was really impressed by the range of products they have on their website and can’t beat their prices! When I emailed about my order, I received a prompt response and they even rang me to keep me up to date with my order which was really nice of them. Everyone I spoke to was really helpful, it was such excellent customer service. All the frozen food I ordered was packaged really well and hadn’t defrosted at all! Really recommend these guys and will definitely be ordering again!

Ordered from them for the first time a couple weeks ago. When I spoke to them asking if I could amend my order slightly, they were so friendly and helpful - customer service was excellent! When my order arrived, the goods were well packaged and in great condition. Such an amazing selection of products and at a great price, I will definitely be ordering from them again and recommend them to everyone!

Ordered fresh fruit, which was well packaged and delivered within there specified delivery timing. Something like 14 working days. Great service, Shame delivery so long, but to be expected in current situation.

Ordering the food itself was fine; the website made it clear that there was a 14 day wait for delivery for food, and a £5 surcharge for frozen food. Ordered 4th of February (or thereabouts), and chased on the order on 18th/19th February when I hadn't been given a delivery date.

I was then advised that the food would be delivered next day (Saturday 20th). Parcelforce then texted me not long after to confirm delivery for Monday 22nd. Unfortunately, however, as the food was packed Friday evening, it had defrosted and was inedible by the time Parcelforce delivered this (I believe this was a fault with Parcelforce however, as they state a next day delivery is required for all perishable food). I've received a partial refund so far, but not for all the fresh/frozen food (I've chased on this today). The customer services have been very polite and helpful when I have spoken with them, so I suspect issues are down to distribution delays/being overwhelmed rather than deliberately ignoring.

ETA: I received a refund on all frozen/fresh goods shortly after I wrote this. The range of products they have is excellent, just be prepared for a wait (and to be fair, distribution issues are a nationwide issue for small to medium suppliers right now).

Ordered on 4 Feb, asked for update on 9 Feb and told that it takes 5 to 10 working days. Fine, waited until 19 Feb and still nothing, emailed again and told that it was going to be processed by the weekend.

Today is the Tuesday 23 Feb and still no confirmation, 19 days so far (13 working days) and sick of the excuses. Have requested a refund, see how this goes.

I see they've now updated their delivery times to 14 working days, plan ahead what you might need in a month's time. Good luck.

The products are great but the time is just too long for delivery. I have now waited 12 days for delivery and when I emailed, although I got a polite response, there was no offer of a date I can expect my items to be delivered. The only saving grace is that they have items other shops do not. I would not order anything from here that you want to get in a hurry.

Waited seventeen days for my order and then they turn round and say our courier does not deliver to your area....your order is cancelled!!

Extremely poor and clearly would not recommend to anyone.

Was concerned about my order and they came back straight away to not worry it, they sent it out the day after and recieved it today lovely people will be shopping there again great little business. Thankyou again!! ✨

Have ordered multiple times - every parcel has arrived in a timely manner and well packaged! I love the company ethos of reusing their produce boxes for deliveries - so eco friendly! The prices are much better than any I have found in London. I will be continuing to order from them regularly! It’s so nice to see a family business working so hard to deliver oriental groceries.

Got something from them that I couldn’t find anywhere else This is my new favorite mart and they packaged it so well. Thank you
