Tuk Tuk Mart レビュー 

Ordered on 28/1, didn’t receive any update until two days ago, and that is only because i gave them a call, which i have been trying for a few days with no avail, and they only pick up on 10/2. 4 items were wrong in my order, and they did not even mention in the alternative. When i called them to ask about it, the person on the other line had the audacity to say ‘what do you want me to do about that’. Absolutely no feeling of guilty and very rude to customers, she did not even apologise for the mix up, no refund offered. Very disappointed, i ordered up to £100 and with this customer service, highly disappointing. Don’t buy from here.

I placed an order on the 7th February and received a confirmation email saying that they would contact me when dispatched but nothing received. I contacted them after 5 days asking for a refund as the items were meant to be for Chinese New Year so too late now. Awful service!
NB Unfortunately it wont let me reply to your comment below but I have the original order in front of me and there is no mention of 7-10 days. If this was the case I would never have placed the order in the first place.

Placed an order on the 20th Jan and still not received it. Emailed many times and had different answers. Was finally told order would be sent out - well it hasnt been
Be very careful when ordering from Tuk Tuk Mart

Great selection, reasonable price and quick delivery. The owner called me to check if it's OK to substitute a few items, then they delivered to our door the same day. High quality of food and will definitely recommend them!

Placed my order and after four days I was contacted as some items needed substitutions. All agreed and delivery was set for a few days later. Got a call on day of estimated delivery as they were packing a few items more needed substitutions. All agreed again and told would be posted later that day. Parcel arrived two days later (10 days or so after order) with a packing note with substitutions highlighted and noted. All OK except there was one item missing. Emailed immediately to explain but got no reply after 3 days so emailed again but still waiting for reply. Everything was great with this one niggle being the only fly in the ointment. I will edit as soon as I get my reply because I am very happy with everything else.

Contacted this morning by email and offered a refund for missed item. You can't say fairer than that. Thank you Tuk Tuk Mart.

Placed an order and got got an estimate date of delivery. Delivery date was missed so I contacted Tuktukmart.

Someone called me back within an hour and explained they had been let down by their courier company. She apologised profusely and seemed genuinely upset that my order hadn't been fulfilled. I have been promised redelivery on Monday.

A shame we couldn't get our order when expected but a business can't help when they are let down by couriers! They seem like a lovely bunch, a family run company working hard to build a business. The follow up customer service was great, I wish them all the best.
