Je recommande à 100%. Le voyage est extraordinaire : du fait du pays lui même mais aussi grâce au moyen de locomotion peu commun. Les gens vous sourient tout le long du parcours, content de voir que des occidentaux utilisent leur tuk tuk national ! Nous avons adoré ce tuk tuk trip. Notre tuk tuk n'a présenté aucun problème mécanique, les gens de la société tuk tuk rental ont été honnête et serviables. Vous recevez régulièrement des mails vous rappelant les surveillances quotidiennes a effectué (tout est très facile d'ailleurs). Lancez vous, c'est génial !

(30 day rental period - Sri Lanka) I have been traveling extensively for over six years and I can say, without a doubt, that the people at tuktukrentals.com were the most professional and supportive that I have experienced when dealing with a tourism-related company. I was 100% satisfied with the license issuing service they provide - some may opt to do it themselves on the cheap, however taking into account logistics and the value of avoiding potential hassles it is well worth the small fee. The resources they provide before you even begin are comprehensive and well thought out. The team utilizes WhatsApp well - keeping and moderating an active customer group as well as constantly monitoring a support number where I never had to wait more than a few minutes for a response . Messages are sent to you every few days to make sure you are OK and remind you of any maintenance steps you should be taking at that point in your journey. I saw a handful of the rentals that they provided and the conditions vary. Some look brand new - mine certainly had some love put into it over the years, however this had little impact in the long-run. The rare mechanical issue is quickly and fairly taken care of and covered in your price - they are simple machines and most items can be fixed within an hour (and their team will help you with every step of the process.) Before committing, I corresponded with their team for over a week going over the details of my trip and making sure I understood everything. Comprehensive responses came quickly and professionally - never did it seem as though my amount of questions were an annoyance. Shehara is a rockstar! The lion share of replies came from her and the support she provided before and during the trip was absolutely amazing (not to discount the rest of the team! There was never a time I called during the trip where I felt I wasn’t a priority.) The drop-off procedure is quick and straightforward. I am often skeptical about damage assessments with vehicles rented in other countries when a deposit is left, taking plenty of photos before I begin. It was totally unnecessary here - the vehicle check was professional and fair and the deposit was returned in a few days. I left a completely satisfied customer. The freedom, the experience, and the view you get of the country are amazing.
On top of that, Tuk Tuk Rental makes everything so easy for us. They take care of everything: a reliable tuk tuk, the driving license, insurance, and a lot of advice and documentation on how to drive in Sri Lanka, how to take care of the tuk tuk and what to do if something wrong happens. Everything was so smooth.

I'd highly recommend renting through them to make your Sri Lanka trip epic.
