Outstanding customer service! And a lifetime warranty!I I only used the umbrella once and had great difficulty closing it. I contacted the company and within a week I had a brand new umbrella. They stand by their word and deliver as promised. Great company. You will never be sorry ordering an umbrella through them

Tumella makes great umbrellas! I love that they don't flip inside out or break when I'm using mine during heavy rain and wind storm.

I have had this umbrella for 2 years now, and it is still holding up. Very good quality.

Have used my umbrella a few times in heavy wind and rain. It does blow inside out but it’s very strong and goes back to normal quickly and hasn’t broken.its so sturdy. I did have an issue with the small cap on the top of the umbrella but the customer service is second to none and a new one was sent straight out. Communication is fantastic. Highly recommend

I can’t say enough good things about the TUMELLA umbrella. I have actually bought a couple of them. Initially I bought one for myself as I live in a pretty rainy area, where we have severe windstorms in the winter. My Tumella Umbrella has outperformed every other large and compact umbrellas I’ve ever had. It is compact and comes in a multitude of color selections. It is the most sturdily built umbrella I’ve seen, at any price. I loved mine so much I purchased one for my daughter who lives in Seattle, the rainy capital of Washington State!! She does a lot of Volunteer work which requires she be outside in the rainy weather, so I knew she would benefit using it, not only for the coverage and strength on stormy days, but also for its compact size, because she can easily fit it into her bag when not in use. She loves hers too!
I would highly recommend the Tumella Umbrella to anyone who needs a dependable umbrella they can count on!! You’ll probably never need to use your lifetime warranty!

I got a nice little umbrella from them in early 2024. It worked great fir a couple of years then broke. I just found out that they have a lifetime warranty. Not sure if that will work for me in this case, but the umbrella lasted longer than most i have had!

Bought a Tummela umbrella about 18 months ago but unfortunately it broke. Due to their lifetime guarantee, I contacted them to ask for a replacement. Even though I was unable to find my original order number, Gen agreed to a replacement. A replacement was sent very quicklu, excellent customer service, thank you.

The umbrellas are extremely high-quality, beautiful, and very easy to use. They are also budget-friendly when considering the great quality and promise of a lifetime warranty.

I purchased my Tumella last year for a trip to Shetland where it did me proud on the one occasion I needed it.

Unfortunately back here in England to mechanism for open/close jammed during a downpour.

The fabulous Tumella team replaced the broken brolly within a few days of me contacting them under the lifetime guarantee.

Unfortunately one of the fixings on one the spokes got broken. However as Tumella gives a lifetime replacement, the support team without hesitation sent me a new umbrella.

I bought my Tumella umbrellas in Sept 2023 and Jan 2024 I still have and use them when it rains. They still function and work and I leave them in my car when I need it. It keeps me dry and does not flip up in the wind. I have enjoyed using them and I like reading the history of how the company started.

The company makes a promise to replace any umbrella that you have a problem with. My wife’s one was caught by a huge gust of wind and ripped from her grasp and partially turned inside out damaging one of the struts. An email to their customer service team and a no questions asked replacement arrived within 24 hours. A first class service.

This umbrella has beautiful, vibrant colors to bring some light to your rainy day. Easy open and close, doesn't flip up in windy weather. Durable and small enough to carry with you

I love how compact the umbrella is. I can take it anywhere and it doesn’t make me feel over encumbered. It also opens to a good size considering how small it is. I had one instance where it flipped over but I quickly flipped it back. I haven’t had any issues since.
