I came to Tunley using a search & immediately after I requested help..Paul Hughes got in touch with 30mins....took all my details allowed me to explain my situation as I was worried I couldn't get the full mortgage. Paul called me Fri evening spent a couple hours on phone...felt sense of relief when he said he'll start looking & get back to me by that weekend. I was really impressed how quickly he started working on my application. As promised Paul stayed in daily contact morning noon evening and weekend. He kept me in the loop at every stage and responded to my emails quickly. Overall, I received my mortgage offer wasn't the full amount but the difference is mangable that I'm now just waiting for my completion date. Excellent service from start to finish. I am a first time buyer and unfortunately getting my mortgage wasn’t plain sailing but Jonathan guided me through every part and I managed to get my dream home.

We were first-time buyers and attempted to buy a residential property in January 2021. This, unfortunately, fell through as did the second property we tried to secure in June 2021. Both were tricky properties that fell through for different reasons. However, I can safely say the best part of these two buying journeys was having Jonathan Cabble on our side. Jonathan is fantastic. Always helps my husband and I with mortgages and remortgages. Being a very busy family we are usually quite last minute with getting organised but Jonathan helps make sure we don’t miss any deadlines, which is a miracle sometimes!!
