A Good Experience

I'm hopeless when it comes to technical things; everyone at Turbify was very sweet and patient with me as they addressed some issues with my website and got me squared away. The billing dept. representative was also very nice as she changed my plan.

I called because my website was completely down!

I called because my website was completely down. The customer rep was pleasant and helpful, however, the call take much longer than it should have since the rep was unaware that the issue impacted many sites. So we spent time looking at my SSL certificate, my DNS server, etc. when a simple "we are down and aware of the issue" would have saved much time.

After 41 minutes on the phone with an…

A few days after spending 41 frustrating minutes on the phone with an agent, I received an email advising me that my case was closed — seemingly with only a restatement of the issue, and no fix. When I randomly attempted my transaction again a few days later, however, the problem had been quietly resolved. So partial marks for fixing the issue, but none for letting me know.

Customer relations were fantastic. All of my expectations were exceeded. The excellent customer service representative helped me change my account to one that suited me much better. They spent a lot of time and were extremely helpful!

I was told that Turbify Websites can be created thru a download of the HTML file of the website information without having to use the website builder software.

I spent considerable time in preparing the various pages of my website using powerpoint. Once prepared I used a free conversion program to generate an HTML version of my website for download on the Turbify Hosted platform: Infra-spec.com

Your agent specified that he would help to endure the website would be initiated correctly, but failed to do so.

Please send me DETAILED step-by-step instructions so that I can transfer the generated HTML file to by host website

During your support call, our team helped you upload the generated HTML files, rename the main file to index.html, and clear the browser cache, after which your website successfully went live on infra-spec.com and loaded as expected. Your mailbox was also tested with a sample message, and email functionality was confirmed at the end of the call.

We understand you were expecting a more straightforward, step‑by‑step guide from the beginning, and we regret that this wasn’t provided clearly enough upfront. We’ve since emailed you detailed instructions on how to upload your HTML files to your hosting account and ensure the correct file names and paths are used, so you can repeat or adjust the process whenever needed.

Horrible service

Horrible. I paid for a 5 year plan and when I asked for an invoice or receipt I was told that they could not find one. I choose to not renew my subscription which was still good for 2 years and now my services have failed.
Very poor service

Now the story has changed. My email services had failed, after multiple attempts with customer service and still no active business email is when I chose to terminate my subscription. Not before, after. If I’m paying for a service and even after customer support cannot fix the problem then I will not pay for nothing. As of now I still have 2 years pre paid remaining and no active business email. This has taken so much of my valuable time to get nothing accomplished.

If my service worked in the first place, the 5 years of service that I paid for, I would not have ever needed to call tech support in the first place. Think about it. The only reason I called was to get my email back online that has failed since 12.31.25. After the initial few calls to tech support they said it was someone else’s fault, the domain provider or the web hosting service. Interesting enough this is when I had asked for my receipt of written invoice to see exactly what services I had paid for the 5 year plan. This is when tech support claimed that they could not provide any documentation on my 5 year purchase. They had zero records of it. In addition my email failed, it was someone else’s fault. Any right minded person would terminate business with this vendor. But seeing as I still had 2 more years already paid for, I’d let it ride. Now the new excuse was that I cancelled service. Odd because it failed prior to that. Now the accusations of foul language. Ok, go back and listen to all the conversations leading up to that and please explain how this is not a scam.

You mentioned paying for a 5‑year plan and later not being able to get a copy of an invoice or receipt, and that your services failed even though you believed the subscription was still valid for another two years. When we investigated, we found that the relevant subscriptions on your account had been cancelled, which is why your business email stopped working, despite the earlier multi‑year term you remembered. During your call, our agent guided you through reactivating the necessary services so your email could be used again, but the call ended abruptly after inappropriate language was used and the line was disconnected from your side.

On a later call, another agent reviewed and explained the term end date for your services and attempted to clarify how the prior cancellations and term dates affected your current access. During that explanation, the call was again disconnected from your side before we could complete the conversation. We also attempted two follow‑up calls and, when we were unable to reach you, sent an email summarizing the findings and your options so you would have everything in writing.

We understand this situation has been very disappointing for you and regret that you feel the service has been poor. If you would like us to fully review your account history, invoices, and current term status together and discuss what options are available now, please contact us at +1 833-689-8585 and reference this review so we can pick up where things left off.
