TURBO BARELY LASTED 6 MONTHS.
Strictly do not buy from this place, it’s just Poor quality parts for a high price. As my Turbo blew after 6 months.
And I had issues with the actuator and limp mode the whole 6 months before it gave up completely
After contacting him he was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, and completely disrespectful to me, making sly comments and sending sarcastic emojis.
Can you imagine this when you just lost £320?!
Saying that the turbo blowing was my problem. My car is serviced every 6 months. It’s just someone that cannot take accountability. A new turbo shouldn’t blow after 6 months.
He refused to refund me £320. Only offered to “repair” why would I want to repair when it would just happen again? Completely disgusting and so unprofessional the way I was spoken to.
Save your money — I spent hundreds and left with more problems and my car currently in a garage with an even bigger bill than before.

Hello!
Like we spoke on Whatsapp, we do not offer refunds for warranty turbos. We use only genuine parts to rebuild our turbos and this is why we provide 2 years warranty. We have received a video of the turbo from yourselves on Whatsapp and we did mention that this looks like book example of oil starvation and we offered replacement or repairs free of charge even though it is not a problem of the part, it is an issue with oil system in the car. This points out either bad vehicle maintenance or a problem somewhere with the oil system like oil pump etc.
If offering a resolution and telling you the truth about what we seen in the video is unprofessional then I have no words...

They are just a bunch of bunch of lying…
He says he has sent the item and has not. The courier doesn’t receive the item. He won’t call you back and text to say he will. You end up having to report it to your bank to get them to get your money back. Do not use or trust.

The man just lies and says he has sent the items and hasn't. We wont answer the phone and then test to say its been sent and will arrive the next day and nothing. Now reported him to the bank for fraud.

Very good company
They helped us finding the correct turbo. I then panicked as I couldn't get hold of them by phone but managed no problem with their own live chat. They send an email link to send the deposit.
Turbo looks great and fits like a glove.
They give you a return address for your old turbo and we are in the process of returning it
