Se potessi darei 0 stelle,perché sono stati altamente scorretti,ci sono stati trattenuti 100 euro di caparra,nonostante alla riconsegna ci avessero detto che fosse tutto a posto.il giorno dopo quando eravamo gia in Italia ci sono stati addebitati 100 euro.Molto molto scorretti.Evita

A fine giugno dell'anno scorso (2025) mi vengono addebitati 50€ per una presunta multa per eccesso di velocità.
Ad oggi (settembre 2026) la multa non è mai arrivata.
Inoltre, nel contratto da me firmato c'è scritto "addebito fino a 50€" per costi gestionali in caso di multe.
Quindi perché 50 e non 10 o 20?
La risposta è stata "politica aziendale".
Questa è una truffa e basta, evitate queste compagnie perché poi "per 50€" in vacanza nessuno si lamenta e intanto rubano soldi.

Einfach nur super unfreundlich. Schon beim mieten des Wagens währe ich am liebsten weggerannt. Aber wir brauchten ein Auto. Keinerlei Erklärungen. Schnelles abwickeln, super dreckiges Auto. Bei der Rückgabe, wurde in dieser beschissenen Einbahnstraße die Kette nicht abgemacht, so dass man nicht reinfahren konnte, also stellte ich das Auto weiter weg ab, leider konnte man dort nicht parken. Auf die Frage ob sie nicht mal die Kette abmachen können, damit man rauffahren kann, wurde ich von drei Mitarbeiter unfreundlich abgewiesen. Also stellte ich das Auto einfach vor die Kette. Darauf wurde ich beschimpft, wenn die Polizei kommt müsse ich das bezahlen und ob ich so in meiner Heimat auch fahren würde. Nein natürlich nicht, aber in meiner Heimat macht man auch Platz. So dass alle Autos wieder auf den Hof können. Ich hoffe ich bekomme meine Kaution wieder, ansonsten brennt der Mond. 7 leute vor Ort und keiner war ansatzweise freundlich. I had a terrible experience with this company. I rented a car for three days in Ibiza in the second week of August 2026. Because it was a short rental, I chose the minimum insurance, which required a 1,000 € deposit.
The first red flag appeared when I picked up the car. On the website I selected a return time of 19:45, but the office actually closed at 19:30. This mismatch already showed a lack of professionalism.
When I returned the car, the staff inspected it in front of me and confirmed that everything was fine. The seats were only slightly humid, as we had used towels on them. There is a clause in the contract saying they can keep an unspecified amount of the deposit if the seats are returned “wet”, but they were not wet, and the staff explicitly told me the car had passed the inspection.
A few days later, after I was back in my country of residence, I saw that they had kept 150 € from my deposit without any prior notice. I contacted customer support, and they claimed this amount was retained because I had returned the car with wet seats. They never contacted me, never provided any evidence that the seats were actually wet, and ignored the fact that their own staff had confirmed that everything was okay at the time of return.

I formally complained and asked them to justify how 150 € could reasonably be charged just to dry supposedly wet seats, and to provide proof. They refused. In my view, retaining 150 € in this situation is clearly abusive and arbitrary.
Their contract says they can keep any unspecified amount of the deposit if the vehicle is not returned in its original condition. I seriously doubt this is legal if they do not clearly state in advance what can be charged in each situation or provide a reasonable justification and evidence afterwards. In my case, it is even worse because their staff told me the car was fine. Yes, I know: I should not have trusted their word and should have taken photos myself.
This is an honest account of my experience with this company. If you are travelling to Ibiza, I strongly recommend that you avoid them. If you filter and read the negative reviews (which I should have done before renting), you will see many people reporting similar problems. Given their lack of transparency and arbitrary policies, this company should not be in business. Avoid this company.
Finally, I kindly ask their customer support not to reply to this review. They respond to almost every negative review just to look supportive and professional, but in my experience they are not.

La chica DE LA OFICNA T4 me dice que está todo perfecto que ya en unos minutos me ingresan la fianza y resulta que me quitan dinero por qué los asientos estaban sucios de la playa …
Al final siempre buscan algo para quitar la fianza … no volvería a repetir con ellos

Nonostante questo l’ultima volta ho riconsegnato il motore 1 ora dopo della mia prenotazione .il ragazzo mi dice” ok tutto bene L benzina c’è il motore a posto ,la caparra di 450 le verrà restituita entra qualche giorno “

Scrivo e mi dicono ah lei a riconsegnato il motore dopo un’ora quindi lei paga un giorno in più ,peccato che NESSUNO ME LA DETTO avrei prima di tutto pagato in un altro modo e seconda cosa rimango basita di non esser stata avvisata e anche in tal caso dopo esser stata da loro come cliente almeno 15 volte mi passa la voglia di riprenotare da loro le prossime volte che andrò a Ibiza

Sconsiglio vivamente Turbo Rent a Car se arrivate fuori orario. Ho pagato un supplemento di 50€ per il ritiro notturno con la dicitura "entrega parking". Nonostante questo supplemento salato, al momento di ritirare l'auto ho dovuto pagare di tasca mia il ticket del parcheggio dell'aeroporto per poter uscire. Questa spesa NON è indicata da nessuna parte nei Termini e Condizioni sul sito, né sul voucher. Come se non bastasse, l'agenzia non mi ha mai inviato le istruzioni per il ritiro, fregandosene senza pensieri: ho dovuto chiamare io stessa la sera del viaggio e sollecitare l’invio, mi hanno mandato le indicazioni su WhatsApp all'ultimo minuto, omettendo il costo del parcheggio. Alle mie ripetute richieste via mail di indicarmi dove fosse scritta questa clausola nel contratto, hanno ignorato la domanda negando il rimborso. Mancanza assoluta di trasparenza, tariffe occulte e pessimo servizio clienti per una compagnia locale. Mai più.

Half juni een auto gehuurd in es canar . Heel vriendelijk geholpen en voor twee dagen kreeg ik al korting. Gelijk door hun al een voorstel zonder eigen risico en kleine borg tot sleutel inname. Van brandstof peil werd netjes een foto gemaakt. Bij het inleveren was het super druk in de zaak dus gewoon de auto neer kunnen zetten en binnen twee uur was de borg weer netjes teruggestort! Niets dan lof hele nette auto ook mee wij komen zeker terug!

Sconsiglio questo autonoleggio , fate attenzione quando riportate la macchina soprattutto nel luogo di Sant’ Antonio (Ibiza) abbiamo avuto il disgusto di aver a che fare con un dipendente scontroso fin da quando siamo arrivate (3donne) non potevamo parlare che ci aggrediva con parole e gesti tutto questo perché non voleva dare la caparra nonostante abbiamo rispettato tutte le norme . Agenzia che nn rilascia contratto e quando si riconsegna la macchina cerca di trovare qualsiasi appellazione pur di tenere la caparra. Pessimo!!!!

Myself and my wife went down to A. Turbo Rent a Car, S.L.Av. Cala de Bou 26 07829 San José where we enquired about what vehicle to rent.
We met two gentlemen at their desk, and we discussed all options from vehicles, to where to go, to parking options.
The following day we rented a Fiat Panda and spent the day driving around the island to multiple locations. We dropped the car back that evening as we were going out on a boat the following day.
The company were extremely easy to deal with, gave us lots of local knowledge, quick turn around with the car, no hidden costs and would highly recommend this dealership for rental. We go to Ibiza a few times per year and Turbo are definitely one of the best to rent from

Like most I wish I read the reviews before I hired a car from these people went to Ibiza beginning of May hired a car for three days paid extra to take it back to the airport plus the fee for the car parking got back to England looked at the terms and conditions can take up to 30 days to get a refund so okay, no problem until we get to today when I’m thinking it’s been nearly 5 weeks now should’ve had a refund anyway long story short no apparently we damaged the interior. They had to extra clean it bearing in mind we hardly use this car probably done 20 miles in it the whole time we was in Ibiza for three days majority of that was going to the airport my only advice take pictures and make sure that everything is documented and do not take it to the airport make sure you deliver it back to a shop. Would definitely never recommend this company to anybody after reading the reviews even more so.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und werden definitiv wieder bei Turbo Rent ein Auto mieten. Hier unsere Erfahrungen im Detail:

Turbo Rent am Flughafen Ibiza

Positiv (5 Sterne):

Hervorragender Service vor Ort: Ein ganz grosses Lob an die einzige Mitarbeiterin, die bereits 10 Minuten vor Öffnung (um 07:50 Uhr) am Standort war. Sie hat auch den Shuttlebus gefahren und es ist allein ihrem tatkräftigen Einsatz zu verdanken, dass die vielen wartenden Kunden bereits um 08:08 Uhr am Flughafen waren! Top Leistung!

Preis-Leistung: Absolut fair und unschlagbar.

Kaution: Die Rückzahlung erfolgte blitzschnell bereits am nächsten Tag.

Kritikpunkte (Abzug beim Service):

Telefonische Erreichbarkeit: Ruft man unter der am Standort angegebenen Nummer an, ertönt eine Bandansage, dass Turbo Rent erst ab 09:00 Uhr erreichbar sei – das gleiche Spiel bei zwei weiteren offiziellen Nummern. Das hat bei den über ein Dutzend wartenden Kunden erst einmal für grossen Schrecken gesorgt. Zum Glück hat die top Mitarbeiterin das dann vor Ort gerettet.

Verhalten der männlichen Mitarbeiter: Hier sollte dringend an den Grundregeln geschult werden. Für wartende Kunden gilt: Die Person, die bereits im Raum steht, hat immer Priorität vor dem Telefon.

Tankregelung: Bei der Übernahme war der Tank nur zu 1/3 voll, obwohl vertraglich „voll/voll“ vereinbart war. Es wurde vor Ort aber immerhin korrekt dokumentiert.

Fazit: Trotz der Abzüge beim Telefon und dem Tank ein empfehlenswerter Anbieter mit einer grandiosen Mitarbeiterin im morgendlichen Einsatz!

Alquile un coche en el aeropuerto, todo bien, devolví el coche en la oficina me devolvieron el depósito y me llevaron a la terminal del aeropuerto

Rented a car here for a family trip and had a really great experience. We got a Nissan X-Trail for 4 days with the Premium insurance, which honestly gave us a lot of peace of mind.

At one point we had a small bump, and we were a bit worried about the deposit… but everything turned out perfectly. When we returned the car, there were no issues at all and we got the full deposit back without any hassle.

Also, the staff were super friendly and understanding the whole time, which made a big difference.

Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a smooth and stress-free rental.

Alquilé un coche con Turbo Rent a Car en Ibiza y la experiencia fue muy buena de principio a fin. El proceso de reserva fue sencillo, el vehículo estaba en perfectas condiciones y el trato del personal fue amable y profesional.

Uno de los aspectos que más valoro es que no tuve ningún problema con la devolución del depósito. Todo fue transparente y rápido, tal y como se indicaba desde el principio, lo cual da mucha tranquilidad.

Sin duda, repetiría con ellos en mi próxima visita a la isla.

Estuvimos en Ibiza con mi pareja y alquilamos un coche con esta empresa, la verdad es que todo fue genial, nos devolvieron el deposito a los pocos días de devolver el coche y el chico que nos atendió fue muy majo. Repetiremos seguro.

Really regret not looking at the reviews before using their service.

Rented moped for less than 12 hours. No problems aside from expected wear and tear. They falsely claimed I damaged the tyre from a puncture via email after they took a further €50 out of my account and refused to return the deposit.
Complete con artists, do not use.

Timadores mentirosos. Entregué el coche en perfectas condiciones y cuando me fui dentro a q me devolverian mi fianza me viene la tía con la maneta en la mano diciendo q he roto la maneta. Para su grata sorpresa contraté con seguro por otra experiencia similar. Lo tengo ya pelao en Ibiza con estas cosas... Se autoenfado porq le salió el tiro por la culata. Echaba humo por las orejas. Contratar seguro si cogéis aquí coche porq te la hacen seguro . La lista de turno. Está te la comes con papas maja

We agreed a price and there was payed a coverage of €100. But they will refund it when the scooter is returned. When returning the scooter, the staf members confirmed everything was ok and that they will refund my money.

Few days back in Belgium and they only refund €70 (€30 less then agreed),
As a returning customer, it will be my last time with turbo!
