The process was easy, the team on site were excellent. All trouble free

Mine was a £60K+ project with some complex architectural glass and large sliders. Winter 22/23. Yes there were some delays and issues along the way. The main difference was the post sales and after sales service to rectify and correct any unsatisfactory problems, TVW have been very good and thats been down to a few good individuals in their after sales office.

Delighted with our new windows and patio doors, such a big improvement on our old wooden ones. The whole process from start to finish was great - very professional, polite and accommodating to fit in our hectic life. Faz was especially helpful and kept us updated on the daily progress. Would definitely recommend.

Careful planning before installation; Hassle-free installation; excellent communications

Excellent service, good friendly and knowledgable staff. No pressurised selling. Deliver was as instructed but a small problem with a door, due their suppliers which they kept us informed of all the time

The installers worked quickly and efficiently and were very pleasant. TV windows were also very good; kept us updated all along the process. Very happy we chose them.

I recently had a new roofline installed for both house and garage and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Great communication from the project manager Dan Moynehan, he gave prompt updates and was very focussed on customer experience. The installers Ryan, Shelton and Kai were very efficient and respectful and kept the site clean and tidy both during and after the works. To the layman roofline is an esoteric thing but with the way Thames Valley Windows approached the project you should have no concerns.

Excellent guidance from the salesperson who was at pains to understand our requirements.
The 2-man installation team were courteous and efficient and they completed the installation quickly.
They did not to install the door chain but this was remedied at a later date, whether the fitters had it with them I do not know.

Thames Valley Windows is a great local company. Every time I've used them, they've achieved fantastic results. My new front door looks amazing.

The installation team were very professional and tidy in the way they worked. Very happy with the new windows, especially the two at high level that weren’t easy to change. They were also able to start a day early, which was appreciated given the weather we had the day after they had finished.

Windows are fantastic! Look great, keep condensation away and noise out. The guys who installed them were polite, efficient and professional - a really good team. A good service from start to finish.

We went back to Thames Valley Window to get our garage/studio fitted out with windows and door to match our existing work we had done in our kitchen and dining area. These were done 10 years ago and we decided to match it in the studio area.

We went down to Bracknell and went through our options and decided on what we wanted. After that we had a surveyor visit us to check all the measurements and 8 weeks later we had all the work done in the one day and everything was as specified.
So we are very happy with our experience and thought the carpenters were excellent!

The whole process of choosing, ordering, surveying and fitting went smoothly. There was a minimum need for preparation and the financial program was simple.
