Alfie and Freddie came to look at my drains and were very polite and helpful.

Today drainage expert, Lee, came to my flat to investigate the foul smell that myself and my neighbours have been getting that has been making us sick and dizzy. He did a fantastic and thorough job of not only investigating my flat but investigated the source of the problem in the stacks and down in the outside drains taking off heavy covers and photographing the evidence. He is the ONLY one who has actually done something. My neighbours and I have been on to Westminster Council to get this problem sorted for weeks but despite promises, noone has actually done anything until Lee came today and I am so grateful to him and TWD.

Lee came out very honest and pleased with the work he done to try and solve the problem. Temporarily rectified the problem but he knows what the issue is and will recommend the next step for us.

The TWD drainage engineers - Alfie and Freddie who came to fix the blockage were very professional, respectful and friendly. They Explained what they done and cleaned up after they had completed their job. Very happy with them.

Lee came to unblock pipes. He worked very well. Sorted the problem. Was very enthusiastic and full of ideas.

Sam, was absolutely amazing! Quick and efficient! You can tell he really knew his stuff and gave me plenty tips to avoid sink blockage in the future.

Terry Moore was brilliant he finished the job even when there were lots of obstruction in his way. He stay on it and competed the job. He is a diamond and the job wouldn’t have been completed without him. Many thanks!

Alfie and Freddie came to do a drain survey this morning. They were respectful, polite and explained what they needed to do.
I gave these gentleman five stars because they throughly deserve them.
Absolutely would call them in again if and when needed.

Shawn visited my property, and l found him to be extremely friendly, informative land professional.

In addition to that, he explained why and how my issue developed and managed to find the mainline buried under the patio in my front garden. He has also arranged for one of his colleagues to fit the correct cover for it.

All in all, I would like to say it was a pleasure having Shawn at my property today.

First time having this company out after have new landlord. I explained history to the person who visited today which Lee i felt listened to my concerns and did everything to make sure toilet and sinks were unblocked and checked out side drainage to as i am the gound floor flat. I feel he was an hard worker that want to help, he explained and ensuring me what he put in his report for next step so I’m also aware. Terry came to unblock a manhole that’s been blocked for weeks and no one seemed to know what the issue was until Terry came to visit. Terry was really professional and friendly - thank you Terry!
