I’ve been using twinklens for over a year now and I love them!!!!

This company has went above and beyond...way beyond what they Have to do. I was involved in a domestic disturbance And I was at my abusers house which is where the contacts were getting sent to and he ended up receiving them after I have moved out. There is a protection order against him which means that I couldn't go to his house and get them because of the protection order and twinklens Offered to send A replacement order to my new address they even waved the shipping fee. No company has ever offered to do anything near as nice as this for me or anybody that I know ! They didn't have to send Me a replacement of my order because technically it did arrive at the address that I put down. They have went above and beyond any of my expectations that I have had for them!! When I sent them an email to Explain to them about what had happened and asking If anything could be done about the package being stopped they immediately sent me a email right back like it didn't take long at all. From here on out this is the only place that I will ever get contacts from ever again. I for real cried my eyes out because of how nice this company has been towards me and how kind and compassionate
They were especially bc of the very bad abussive relationship i had just left , it was a welcoming feeling... I used to use unieye but after waiting for my order for almost 2 months I absolutely refuse to buy from them ever again. Thank You twinklens for being so understanding and so helpful and considerate. you have made this moving process so much easier and less stressful You guys are absolutely wonderful.

Accidentally received the wrong pair and customer service was quick to offer a solution. My son is thrilled to use these at his anime convention.

Love Love Love this company. I have been wearing colored contacts for over 25 years and I love this company. I will never order anywhere else. There's always a good deal or promotion for my contact choices. They send a case for EVERY pair of contacts purchased. They also send 1 special case that comes with a mirror and tools to help apply the contacts. I'm forever a customer.

This is my only and favorite place to get contacts. And they are easy to communicate always fixes problems

I ordered a pair of contact lenses from Twinklenes, I received them in 9 days. When I got them, one was damaged during shipping, it got punctured or something some how. So, I reached out to customer service and explained my situation. I was sent out for a replacement pair free and expedited. I finally received them, they are comfortable and amazing looking. I can't recommend this company enough, if you are looking for unique, quality contact lenses.
