Very fast replay and friendly help to analyze the problem.
really great support line.

I had a problem with the twinkly C9 Bulbs
after explaining what the problem was, i then gave them a video of the problem en unfortunately it couldn't
be fix with firmware/ software , i got a new one.

Opened a support case for a faulty supply plug, shipping within 24 hours, excellent service from Maura

Ho contattato l'azienda che ha provveduto a sostituirmelo senza alcun problema e costo, direttamente a casa mia. Azienda con un post vendita straordinario. Consiglio a tutti le luci twinkly, sia per l'assenza che per rendere unico il tuo albero con infinita fantasia di giochi di colori. I have been using Twinkly products for more than 5 years now. I personally own five different string lights from the company, and my children have two more. Some of them are in daily use, while others come out during the Christmas season, but we all absolutely love them and have always been very satisfied with their quality and performance.

Recently, one of my string lights had an issue with its power adapter. I contacted customer support, and I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and responsive they were. They handled my case quickly and kindly sent me a replacement adapter without any hassle.

This level of customer service really stands out nowadays. I’m extremely satisfied not only with the products but also with the support behind them. Highly recommended!

I recently needed to purchase original spare parts for my Twinkly setup. I reached out to their support and was assisted by Maura, who was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process.

Even when a small mistake occurred in the shipping (receiving an indoor instead of an outdoor adapter), Maura handled it immediately. She arranged for a new FedEx Express shipment with the correct IP44 unit right away, no questions asked.

Very poor. No response back from the company with regards to my enquiries even contact to them on Facebook and still no response. Their products are lovely but unfortunately EU plugs don’t work when you buy them in the UK disappointing

Update to response: Please check your Facebook account and also email as I did get a response back after calling up Italy and I was told that the website has had problems. My items have been sent back.

I had a very positive experience with Twinkly’s customer support. One of my power supplies was damaged (the plastic housing broke), and the product was already out of warranty. To be fair, the damage was also partly my fault.

Despite this, the support team was extremely helpful and responsive. They guided me through the process, replied quickly to my emails, and arranged for a replacement power supply.

What impressed me the most is that they sent the replacement free of charge, even though the product was no longer under warranty.

The shipping process took a bit of time, but the team kept me informed and in the end it was definitely worth the wait.

Overall, I’m very impressed with the level of support and customer care. Thank you to the Twinkly team!

One of the products I ordered was missing a part. I reached out to support and they very quickly apologized and sent a replacement. The support reps were friendly and professional and made me feel like everything was taken care of. A delightful experience!

I bought twinkly lights from a third party but they were faulty. I had little recourse to the seller but contacted Twinkly directly. Customer services was great, they listened to my problem and helped me resolve it quickly and without any fuss. A sign of a good company is their aftersales service and Twinkly is one of the best.
There products are good ( I have several other twinkly lights and they work great) and customer service is exceptional. I thoroughly recommend them.

I recently had the power supply unit replaced by Twinkly free of charge, after it had failed because being outside, and the relentless rains the UK has experienced over the winter, water had seeped inside and shorted the unit out. Well, unfortunately it happened again, so I contacted Twinkly once again. Despite the fact that it had only been around 6 weeks since the first replacement and it was over one year since I purchased the lights, Twinkly said they would provide a new unit and also suggested I place the power unit inside a waterproof case outside. The replacement arrived, I connected everything back up, placed the power unit into the waterproof case and all is running like it should once again.In this day and age, the personalised customer service is a welcome change from the usual norm. I highly recommend Twinkly to anyone who wants to decorate their house/garden with lights. They are of good quality, European (Italian) made and the customer service is beyond compare.

Excellent service from this company. The lights are fab and easy to set up. We have 3 sets now as we liked them so much. After a year, one of the plugs failed and a replacement was supplied by the company at a very reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend this company and their products.
