Had a problem and lovely support was fast at resolving it to my utmost satisfaction.
I own multiple Twinkly products and will get them again.

I bought a bunch of Twinkly lights and absolutely love them. The neighbors always give compliments about all the different themes I put up.

Recently, I had an issue where my light stopped connecting and working through the app. It also failed to be hard reset. The Twinkly team helped troubleshoot, where I had to delete and re add the device in the app. That solved the connectivity issue and I am again able to impress the neighbors. Thank you Twinkly team.

I had an issue getting the Twinkly set to connect to a new modem/router. An email that I sent to customer service was answered later that same day. Following their instructions, I was able to get the set connected to the new modem. These lights, while a bit pricey, are amazing! There are so many options available that make different visual displays to match your current mood or occasion.

I purchased the Twinkly LED 600 back in 2020 and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The lights themselves are outstanding — bright, vibrant, and with an impressive range of colors and effects that really elevate any space or holiday setup.

What truly sets this product apart is the app experience. The Twinkly app is intuitive and easy to use. The mapping feature works surprisingly well, allowing you to customize effects with precision, and the preset animations look professional and dynamic. Creating your own effects is simple and fun, and the connection has been stable and reliable throughout my use.

I also want to highlight the excellent customer support. After some time, the power adapter stopped working. I contacted support and, after a few troubleshooting steps with their team, they quickly arranged to send me a replacement — completely free of charge. The process was smooth, professional, and customer-focused.

Overall, this has been a great product backed by excellent service. High-quality lights, a fantastic app experience, and responsive support make the Twinkly LED 600 a purchase I highly recommend.

I have a lot of Twinkly Lights and one of my Squares Tiles was only partially working. Knowing that Twinkly is an Italian company and not speaking Italian i contacted the support in English which worked very well. They asked me to do some additional testing and send them a video of the result. After doing so, i got the information that a replacement tile will be shipped soon. The whole conversation was very friendly with fast reaction time.

Shipping was fast. We had an issue with one square and the customer support was amazing, really fast and successfully solved.

Honestly I find the app somewhat challenging to use sometimes and to get the results that I want - but support is great!

Twinkly lights *are* really cool and I love them. They are easy to install, map, and start using. If you want to use one of the out-of-the-box light colors and animation patterns, then you're good to go and they are fantastic! If you want to customize it, it gets challenging pretty quick.

Support is awesome, though. I had an AC Adapter that seemed to fail after two seasons, though. This was a bummer, but it was super super easy to reach their support, document what happened, and within 2 days I have a shipping confirmation of a replacement part. My part was very probably out of warranty, though I had used it in very normal and supported working environment. So it was disappointing it stopped working but I'm very glad they were willing to exchange it for me without trouble.

Superb customer service! I have a few twinkly products that needed new power supplies, and got them all. Even though i talked to a several agents, they were all professionals. I just felt that they really wanted to help. Eager to solve my problem. Thank you so much!

The help of the customer support team was just a great experience. After one of my power adapters broke down and I had to replace it, everything went without issues. Communication was easy, clear, quick responses and the shipment of my replacement was initiated instantly. Thanks again for your help!

We had a problem with our Reindeer (very cool product by the way), and the support team really assisted in helping the problem. When the problem couldn't be fixed Twinkly decided to replace our product for a new Reindeer.

I don’t think I have received better customer service from any other business. My twinkly lights adapter had broken which we only discovered when getting the lights out at Christmas- I contacted Twinkly and they replied immediately and after sending them some further information they arranged for a replacement adapter to be shipped to me which I received today. I have to say Maura has been very friendly and reassuring throughout, what a great company. Roll on Christmas 2026, my lights live on 😀

I had an issue with the power supply, but their customer service was excellent. They replied very quickly and arranged a replacement without any hassle. Really impressed with how efficiently the issue was handled.

Best LED product on the market and top notch service!

Over the years, I have purchased multiple LED string lights for my yard, Christmas tree, and exterior home lightning. Twinkly has both the best hardware (durable, bright, flexible) and software (app is easy to use and provides countless lighting options). Seriously - competitor products don’t even come close. It’s worth the investment for a superior system that will last multiple years longer.

I recently had my first issue with Twinkly lights. Twinkly Customer Service was quick to respond. They asked for a few photos / videos to show the issue (very fair ask, and easy to comply). They shipped me a replacement immediately after I shared what was asked for.

I love my lights so much and was extremely grateful for the wonderful customer service when I needed it.

Paola was AMAZING from start to finish! Very helpful and quickly resolved my issue. Kudos to you Paola! You went above and beyond to help me solve my problem. We are back up and running and never looked better! If I could give you 10 stars I would! Thanks again!

I recently had to replace a power supply for my Twinkly lights, and the process was incredibly seamless! Customer service responded to my email immediately. After I sent over a few photos of the defective unit, they had a replacement headed my way in no time.
I’m honestly blown away—not only are Twinkly lights the best outdoor decor I’ve ever owned, but their support team truly stands behind their product. Total satisfaction!

Je recommande le service après vente suite a un chargeur de guirlandes qui n'a pas tenu, réponse au mail en quelques heures et envoi d'un nouveau chargeur. Vraiment merci beaucoup a Alessandra pour la réactivité et le remplacement et a Paola pour le suivi de livraison.

J’avais un problème de connectique cassée sur 1 Twinkly Line 1,50m, et j’ai été de suite très bien accompagné par le support , très à l’écoute, et rassuré sur la bonne prise en charge de mon problème.
