Despite my product not being under warranty the twinkly support team provided great customer service and were able to send me the part that I needed replacing.
Be careful of Plug type.
Be careful ordering on the Twinkly website.
They have plug F and plug G.
This is confusing and so easy to order the incorrect one.
They really should state UK plug / European plug.

Yes, the U.K. was selected.
A Type G plug was automatically selected.
What on earth is a type G plug I thought.
I decided to have a look at the alternative Type F plug in an effort to understand.
You click on the alternative, still none the wiser, but then, it is impossible to return to the former selection.
Dreadfully poor web design when a simple drop down list â U.K. plugâ or âEuropean Plugâ would have been superior.
Then, the cost of rectifying this, â¬63.98 (two sets) for two new power plugs was simply excessive.
The solution, a Euro twin socket, was a fraction of the price.
This post is intended not to be critical of Twinkly, but to be helpful to future customers to read up on Type G and Type F plugs before you endeavour to order online.

Twinkly Has Amazing Tech Support
I had issues getting my Generation II Twinkly lights to work properly because I had bought them a while ago without every trying them. (That was my fault!) I sent a help email to Twinkly, and got an immediate response. When the suggested solutions weren't working, they escalated the issue, and the final solution worked immediately! These lights are BEAUTIFUL, UNIQUE, and SO FUN!! I plan on purchasing more, especially now that I know how wonderful their tech support team is. I know I won't have to worry about anything!

Im very disappointed with twinkly support, i got my unit for christmas and it broke after two weeks, now im waiting for a power unit replacement and im only getting new excauses. The support is very polite but the fact that my unit broke after only two weeks and the amount of time i have to wait for shipping me so simple does not fill me with much confidence in twinkly as a brand. My unit was used indoors so no external factors were present. Shame on you twinkly, you are charging way too much for something that faulty.
