I would highly recommend Tyde to anyone who wants a no fuss funeral. From start to finish of my brothers funeral arrangements I cannot find fault with the service we received. They were professional and kind throughout and helped with any problems I had with no fuss. The cost was the best by far for what my brothers wishes were. I hope they continue to prosper in thier services as deserved. Thankyou to Matt and Sanya for everything.

Tyde was easy to use and they talked me through every stage of the process. They arranged the support very quickly on Xmas Eve after my dad passed away. A very compassionate and professional team.

All the staff that I dealt with were all very respectful, helpful and understanding at such a sad unfamiliar time.

The service provided has been highly professional and carried out with the upmost care and dignity. From the initial phone call, to receiving my mothers ashes, Sanya was there to support and guide me throughout the process. During each stage of the service, Sanya made contact to update me about what was happening and assuring me that my mother was being taken care of. If you are after a professional and uncomplicated cremation service, with no hidden charges or sales person trying to add on more products, then Tyde is the company to use.

I was 100% impressed with this company from start to finish. I was looking for the cheapest unattended funeral, and at £850 fixed price, with no hidden extras, they gave the best offer I could find. In view of the low price, my expectations for the quality of customer service was low. I could not have been more more wrong! Sanya was incredibly efficient and helpful, and knowledgeable about the whole process, combined with a very pleasant cheerful manner. Nothing was too much trouble, and her response to all my queries was quick, and well explained. At no time was I pressured to accept a more expensive funeral. At every stage, Sanya gave me clear instructions as to my next step, and did everything possible to expedite the completion of the formalities. Everything went without a hitch. No payment was requested until the actual day of cremation, which really surprised me. Sanya (and Matt) guided me so helpfully through all the necessary administration, so I was always clear about what I had to do. I cannot speak highly enough in praise of this company, especially Sanya personally. Please feel confident you are in good hands if you choose Tyde Funeral services. The first contact with Tyde we spoke to Sanya and she explained the whole process from start to finish. She was professional and compassionate alleviating any worries or concerns we had. True to her word, what could have been a very stressful time for us was in fact surprisingly worry free. She kept us updated with every step even when there was a delay with the hospital. Sanya was a godsend! I cannot recommend Tyde highly enough especially if you are fortunate to have Sanya deal with your arrangements. Tyde provided a dignified and compassionate service.

I found Tyde on the internet and they were very efficient from the the moment I spoke to them. They explained the options for the funeral and made it very easy to decide on the right solution.
On the day they explained the process when we arrived and then dealt with the cremation very sensitively and with no hassle. We were very happy with everything.

My experience with Tyde has been outstanding thoughtout this turbulent time, things didn't go smoothly but not to the fault of the company. When those things did go wrong the representative from the company that was helping us through this sad time was extremely helpful amd compassionate, I would highly recommend Tyde and can not thank them enough for all the help and sincerity I received.

I recently lost my mum and I was looking for a direct cremation without any fuss. I came across Tyde and made contact with Sanya Jones who was very polite and respectful and she made the process so easy to understand. She made contact with me several time to keep me updated.The price was unbelievably cheap under a thousand pounds. That included a beautiful scatter tube and being hand delivered Finally a big thank you to all the Tyde team for everything over the last few weeks.
