Very professional and kind people, with great communication. Excellent value as well. Everything went very smoothly. Website is really easy to navigate, and they aren’t pushy at all. Answered all questions quickly and made a difficult process easier.

This was the first time I had to deal with sorting out someone’s final part of life. I wasn’t sure of even how to go about things but SANYA wasn’t only helpful in a way that made it easy but she went above and beyond by making sure I was ok all the way through process.

found out about Tyde whilst looking for direct cremation services as my late mother wished to have. I contacted them for a price and chose them as it was the best price than other direct cremations. The initial phone call was very informative explaining their process. When I was ready to proceed with the payment, I was contacted regularly given instructions on what to do or updates on the situation. My mother's ashes were hand delivered in a nice eco friendly urn

Tyde were incredibly kind and efficient whilst somehow being much more cost effective than others. On the day of the cremation the funeral director managed to quietly and compassionately guide us making what was such a sad day much easier.

Right from the beginning of our journey with Tyde, we have been nothing but grateful to their entire team for the faultless consideration they have shown to our family and most importantly of all, to my dearest late mother.
From the day following our choice to purchase a plan with Tyde & the receipt of a telephone call from one of the directors of the company, we knew from that very moment that we had made one of the best decisions that we could have ever made in allowing Tyde to take care of our Mum.
Just ask yourself, how many directors of a national company do you know who would take the time to make a personal call, to a new client, to talk over the details of the arrangements for your loved ones final journey??

At the time when you are all so deeply & emotionally involved in caring for your loved one, that simple gesture of a phonecall to reassure that all of the details and arrangements were all going to be taken care of and that we didn't need to worry about that, made every bit of difference to us. Knowing that we didn't need to concern ourselves about the details of Mum's final journey, allowed us to concentrate on nothing but to spend those fleeting, but so very special & precious moments with her before she died.
We, as a family, can never thank Matt & Anthony and the entire Tyde team, enough for the care and attention to detail that they showed not only to my late mother, but also for taking care of us, the ones left behind when she had left us.
We would recommend Tyde highly to anyone wishing to plan for their own or their loved ones final journey.

Excellent service and the whole procedure went without any issues

I honestly can't praise this company highly enough. My mother is in her 90's and very sadly lost her son only weeks after he was diagnosed with a terminal illness - something she was not financially prepared for. We contacted Tyde and I have to say that they took care of us above and beyond what anyone would expect. From that very first phone call the compassion and care they have shown us has helped us through a very difficult time. Our situation turned out to be quite complicated due to a number of unfortunate errors made by the medical profession, but Tyde liaised with the GPs, and the Coroners and took this burden from our shoulders - at no extra cost whatsoever. Having personally organised two other family funerals in recent years I can say that the price we paid with Tyde was honestly less than half of what we paid elsewhere in 2015 and 2017. I'm the Pastor of a Church and will be recommending Tyde from now on. Thank you, Tyde for such an outstanding service.

I bid question myself about using Tyde a nationwide web based funeral service but I had no need to question it at all as they took everything in hand and kept me up todate.

Fantastic service from start to finish! I was apprehensive of booking online but I cannot recommend Tyde enough. All requirements are met online but I was also able to speak to someone with any questions I had. I would not hesitate to use Tyde in the future.
