90% of their preaching is good but its the 10% I can't look past. They teach that if you miss a service you lose salvation. Its not representative of what we read in the Bible. They congregation shame, we are not receiving testimony because 'we're not sacrificing enough' but to be honest, if that were actually the reason, then atheists would not be doing better than us. They also way over do all the miracle props like blessed oil, blessed salt, blessed rose, blessed garments, blessed grape juice, blessed water etc. All these blessed items and I didn't have a miracle.

I suffered from an inferiority complex and I always felt empty inside. Here I found all the help I needed to overcome all my insecurities. I total recommend it.

I came to the church with nothing, here I found guidance, hope and the truth. The word of God had never been spoke so directly and had never been more relevant to my life as how I heard it here. I would highly recommend for anyone dealing with life’s most serious problems. Don’t give up there’s help at the help centre.

There are people always ready to help and support in any situation, the work that is done there is amazing! The community is very thankful for all the support through the different projects to help those who are struggling with internal battles, or even have been facing hardships and are looking for a word of strength, a food donation given in one of the food banks or a simple smile.

I think I would’ve never understood what it is to be cared for and care for others if it wasn’t for it.

When I arrived I wasn’t expecting such a warm friendly welcome. They treat you as if you were family, give you advice and guidance. The non-judgmental atmosphere where your appearance or clothing choices are not scrutinized but instead, you are listened to, understood, and supported in your journey. The dedication to helping you and monitoring your progress shows a genuine commitment to your well-being and growth. I definitely recommend this HELPCENTRE to others.

The UCKG transformed my life. Before coming to the UCKG I suffered ill-health, spiritual attacks, love life issues, no inner peace….and the list goes on. After learning how to use my faith, I am now healthy, I no longer suffer from spiritual attacks. I received the Holy Spirit and I have inner peace. I have been happily married for 16 years. My life has completely transformed through the guidance and the help that I received from the UCKG. This place is open to everyone regardless of your nationality.

From the first day I walked in the church I was welcomed with open arms and they gave me guidance and care to help overcome my problems. I was able to understand my self better through searching deep within my self for internal conflicts and grudges. I was even able to learn from past mistakes with the help of the Uckg . All the pastors and assistants have a passion to help people and don’t find it a burden to give help to those in need. This is something i value as i know they are ready to help me with anything. Another thing I valued is the way every piece of advice is backed up with the word of God therefore through the preachings and advice I’m able to strengthen my relationship with God. Uckg is a family that everyone needs !!

What made my experience great is the fact that when I came I was welcomed very well no one judged me the way I was and the volunteers there were willing to spend their time to help me and also available for others.

I came to the UCKG helpcentre and felt very welcomed. The fact that it’s made up of real people who overcame real problems is very comforting. I was never made to feel like an outsider or that I didn’t belong. I really recommend this place if you are feeling low or just need someone to talk to.
There are some places you go to and it’s like they are listening to you because they have to, here I saw that they listened to me because they really cared.

My last review was deleted for hate speech. So I need to find a way to articulate how much people need to stay away from this place.

They will say they promote family - not true. I haven’t seen or heard from my son who joined and is becoming a pastor in over 6 months. Neither has any other family members.

He wasn’t allowed out for special occasions like his great grandfathers funeral or his other grandfathers 80th birthday. He isn’t allowed a day off and works 18 hours a day.

He gave up a very valuable scholarship.

He gave them all his money and is left with absolutely nothing.

Think twice before donating for the campaign of Israel. Seriously you can’t buy your way into god’s favour.

If you just do good to others they will do good to you.

I arrived full of problems of various natures: spiritual, emotional, health, family and financial problems. Even so, I have always been treated well by each internal member, pastors and bishops. They treat you as if you were family, give you biblically based advice and guidance and what's more, they also have social work. There, no one will look you down or judge you for your appearance or the way you dress. On the contrary, they will listen to you, try to understand what is happening to you and try to help you and monitor your progress. God certainly dwells in this church, wherever in the world there is a UCKG, God will be there to use someone from this church, to help us in the best way possible. God Bless each person who is part of this work!

I suffered with Depression for 40 years! Even Electric Convulsive Therapy (ECT Shock Treatments) did not work with me. No medicine, no doctor could treat it. I came to the Universal Church in early 2019. I had a Baptist upbringing and have no bad comments about the Baptist beliefs. But, for me, I was never taught about Deliverance. I learned that when no treatment whatsoever works on Depression, it is a Spiritual Disease. Plain English: It was caused by a Demon. This was very hard for me to accept. I was positive I was saved because I had a fully submerged water baptism and had said a prayer once asking Lord Jesus to come into my life. I didn’t fully understand the Holy Spirit, but believed He was in me. I believed falsely that I could just go on willingly sinning and living as the general world lives. My Depression was so bad that when I would be hospitalized for very detailed planned out and seriously attempted suicidal attempts, I could honestly answer somewhere between 100 and 500, when they would ask me “How many times in your life have you tried to kill yourself?”. A friend introduced me to a Pastor from the Universal Church. I saw with my own eyes a lady who manifested with a demon before anyone else noticed. You see I thought these things were just an act until then. Eventually (not too long after I noticed), this person was brought before the altar. A Bishop (who just happened to be visiting our location, the person could have been delivered by even an Assistant who was filled with the Holy Spirit), challenged the Demon who was in this person in the name of the Lord Jesus to come out if the Lord God that this Bishop served was greater than the Demon, and the Demon immediately left this person before my own eyes! I followed up on this person and found they truly had been set free from the Demon. I began attending almost every Wednesday (when UCKG teaches about the Holy Spirit), and Sunday, but I did Not miss a single Friday (when Deliverance is done). Still for me Deliverance from Depression occurred slowly over about a 3 month period. (I Never manifested with a Demon, ever but had the Demon of Depression). Today I no longer suffer from even a single symptom of Depression! I have never seen a Pastor even touch a Tithe, nor an Offering. It is always told that “If you are just giving money because you feel you have to, feel guilty, or for the Pastor, or for anyone other than giving to Lord Jesus, DO NOT GIVE US YOUR MONEY! We don’t want it for those other reasons, and you would just be wasting your money!) I’ve had the ability to see that the Pastors, or even the Bishops are not wealthy. I have had the privilege of seeing all the money go directly to whatever it takes to reach more souls in the hopes of helping them learn what it truly means to be saved and have the Holy Spirit. I am currently just a member of the Universal Church. But I promise you this hard lesson I learned. Salvation requires Total Surrender of yourself and your willful sins to God. I tried to keep some of the sins I enjoyed, it didn’t work. It is an all the way surrendering yourself to God through Lord Jesus on the Altar or Salvation is Impossible for me. I did this, finally received this (to me) elusive, mysterious Holy Spirit living inside of me, helping me daily. God Himself is inside me as long as I continue to obey Him! I have so much true peace, and a joy that no one, no thing, no situation can permanently touch, nor ever take away. Life is not easy. But I have a loving Helper, a loving Father in Heaven and in me, and my Lord (Master) Jesus living inside of me helping me overcome this chaotic evil driven World! I DO NOT regret my decision to come to the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God at all! Receiving the Holy Spirit (due to my own thinking I could mix the things of the World and still have Salvation), happened for me on February 26, 2024. My entire concise has been clean and clear since then.

I have been a member of the UCKG for 23 years and some months now. I cannot say UCKG is a cult. I don't feel I have been manipulated into giving offerings & tithes. I don't feel I have been excluded. I can just remember one occassion where I felt pressured to give in all these years I have been in the church. I have had an unappropriate experience before in the UCKG however I think anywhere you go there is the good & bad, no place is perfect. However UCKG is certainly in my opinion the most sincere church with more desire to help people!

I have found myself by joining the UCKG. Before coming I was feeling suicidal & depressed. I did not like myself and was thinking to kill myself. I had issues in my home with my mum & brother.

Today I no longer have the issues I had before I came. I love my mum & brother and get along with them. I have never been suicidal since I started attending.

Manipulation, coercion, lies, fear mongering, toxic, liars, money-grabbing, victim blaming, brain washing. They find the young, lost and vulnerable and deceive them. Do not fall for their garbage.

I can’t believe there is an organisation like this in our country.it’s terrible.im so glad panorama finally did something on them.so many innocent people looking for anything to help them and being sucked in by the outrageous lies these pastors tell them.it’s heartbreaking that the government has not stopped it.i have a friend who’s life was destroyed by the lies .im so happy they are finally getting there life together again.this place is there for the sole purpose of parting you with your money.please wake up anyone who reads this,if Jesus was here now and saw what they are doing in he’s name he would throw up constantly for a month

The UCKG are doing their annual fundraising again. But where does the money go?

1) They don't pay for anything, not even the food bank etc. All money is from charity and public donations.

2) They are a church, which makes a lot of money from Tithes & offerings 7 days a week. They don't need charity funding.

3) They make their members & assistants go out to beg for money for their charity/church.

4) The members don't really know that the money actually goes to the Bishops, Pastors & their wives as a Christmas Bonus salary.

5) They have so much money but never give it to those who need it. The Cult Leader in Brazil is a Billionaire and never helps the poor people in his own country. He lives like a rich film star, owning lots of houses all over the world.

That's where most of the money goes; the pastors & bishops families.

Money making Business!!!

This "Church" is a Cult! Stay away! They are corrupt and money-hungry and prey on the vulnerable. They manipulate followers out of money and convince some members to leave their lives behind, including their families to become slaves to the church. Working all hours of the day and night for free whilst collecting welfare from the government which they then need to donate to the church.
