horrible organization, corrupt, and gives favoritism and help to Real Madrid

they are really corrupt, they clearly gives help to real madrid and make whatever necessary to make them win, they should eliminate like 5 ucl they didn't deserve to win

Items either turned up late or not at all and then when I wanted to make a return my emails were ignored

I ordered a Euro jumper for the England matches, did not arrive in time so I requested to cancel the order. They dispatched anyway and left me to return the jumper to Germany, at a cost to me for £8! I returned the jumper weeks ago - no responses to any of my emails and no return - I now have no jumper and I am £46 out of pocket

I ordered a copy of the euro 2020 final match day programme on 12th July from the uefa store. I read up on their website about the time taken for delivery, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt for a couple of weeks. More time had passed so I emailed them at the end of the month the reply I got was them basically blaming covid for any delays. So again I understand their reasons and was hoping for an email soon after to say my order is ready for delivery. It's now mid August and still no reply from them!
Their standard of customer services is an absolute joke! I have emailed them requesting a refund but shock horror no reply.
I feel as though uefa have conned me so it's the first and last time I ever use the uefa store.

I order a Programme for the England Italy final two months ago to be told that there were issues with delivery ,which I accept even though it has been two months and its me that is continually contacting them.

What I do not accept is that the programme is still being offered for sale on there web site.

UEFA store DO NOT USE! I ordered a programme of the final for a friends birthday 16th July. The shipping was £6.90 and its still not been delivered. its now 29th July!!
The website says its in stock, its not. I have emailed and asked for a refund and my emails back to me have not offered a refund at all! Avoid as you might get your item for Christmas it seems. No one can explain the problem or when the item could be delivered which would be the best communication I think.

I thought that I had seen all the sheer stupidity in my life but nothing compared to the stupidity of UEFA for allowing the Euro 2020 to go ahead in the middle of a pandemic. Fifty cases alone in our small town dueto watching the football. UEFA - stands for fools. Morons and cretins. Hang your heads in shame.

Understand 100% the clubs will make a league for themselves for UEFA is so useless.

For some unknown reasons, only some fans can buy tickets. For others tickets are not available. Use a different software to sell tickets and ban re-sellers

Ridiculous prices and all set up to aide touts. Nothing being done about tickets being resold on websites for ridiculous prices. £43 tickets being sold for £600. All avoidable if UEFA cared. You can't resell a plane ticket, you shouldn't be allowed to resell tickets for matches like this.

Per un periodo mi hanno chiesto se volevo recidere dall’acquisto per il rimborso visto che tutto era stato rimandato a data da destinarsi.
Io ho scritto che non richiedevo il rimborso anche perché era giusto cosi per supportare l’Uefa in questo momento di covid19! Tanti ringraziamenti per la mia decisione e di averli supportati in questo momento cosi avverso colpa del virus.
Meno di un mese all’inizio degli Europei 2020 mi mandano una mail con l’annullamento dei miei due tickets perché non ero stato estratto tra i tickets venduti in precedenza! 😱😱😱
Sono rimasto sotto shock realmente per una settimana più che altro non sapevo come dire a mio figlio di 7 Anni che non potevamo più andare all’olimpico a vedere una partita e fargli fare questa esperienza per la prima volta! Avevamo comprato maglie zaino e bandiere dell'Italia anche che magari nn era un match della nostra Nazionale di calcio. Quando ho dovuto spiegare al mio piccolo figlio è stato una cosa tremenda, con l’aiuto della mia compagna e della mia figlia più grande abbiamo spiegato cosa era successo, mi tremava la voce nel spiegare che il sogno si era concluso cosi drasticamente… ha pianto direi poco, la sua risposta è stata Papà non tremare per ciò, ma io non potrò più amare il calcio e le partite non di campiona perché sono dei cattivi e poco umani loro, solo per soldi questa vita è fatta… ma noi anche che nn abbiamo la possibilità di andare allo stadio.un giorno
Quando lavorerò io compriamo i biglietti della nostra squadra del chore “Juventus” è io porterò te allo Juventus stadium che tu sogni di andare a vedere! A voluto far sparire tutto ciò che abbiamo comprato per che gg che doveva essere sia per lui che x me un gg da incorniciare visto che non siamo stati mai a vede una partita in un stadio grande e bello come l’Olimpico di Roma!

P.S. i stessi biglietti come i miei erano in vendita per moltissime € in più di quello che avevamo pagato è messo da parte con fatica!

I was desperately trying to buy tickets for Denmark-Russia Euro 2020 (2021).
But even if I (hundreds of time from 4 different devices and 4 different browsers) selected available tickets (as one of the first visitors), it just said "Your request is being processed" and returned with a "Unfortunately, we are unable to process your request at the moment. We apologize for the inconveniences. Please try again later or refresh the page" or "Error - Unfortunately, the item you have selected is no longer available." (I have many screenshots)
I was not fortunate enough to win the lottery and get the possibility of buying tickets through DBU, and my "Follow my team"-tickets were cancelled from UEFA.
As a very dedicated and enthusiastic fan with boys who live for football, this is devastating.
