Dont know what the hell these people are about . Just lost £100 and are now asking me to add more funds. Erm NO !!!! . Trust pilot were on watchdog last week about removing negative comments. Trust pilot shouldn't do this . Leaving negative comments is bad for trust pilot's business

I start trading at this platform 3 years ago and so far I had a very Good experience.

I really like the look of the page since it is very intuitive and easy to handle, and they have very valuable information such as live market trends and signals!

Good advice aswell by his financial trainers !

To everyone, this type of business is for the risk takers and also for individuals that can afford to lose some to gain more. I’ve been trading with them for a year now and yes they do call you very often, they also send email updates to give you an opportunity in the market as it happens.
They have told me from the start that it is very high risk of loosing all the assets, but if you want to play this game you have to check everything from Twitter to Facebook to news feed in the market as everything effects your investment. I do believe that there’s opportunity to make money if you pay attention, however I don’t agree with anyone that blames directly this company.
This is my opinion based on my experience with them. I wish everyone the very best of luck and remember no one should make you do anything it is you that should automatically be responsible for yourself and your assets , no one else.

Me han tenido 1 semana más o menos entretenida y como empecé a notar ciertos detalles que no me gustaban ayer a las 12 le pedí cancelar la suscripción y me dijo que no podía porque tenía operaciones abiertas que el viernes que se cerraban podría recuperar todo y a las 15 h me mandaron un correo que tenía que hacer un nuevo depósito porque había perdido todo 1000$ en 3 horas. mi broker que según me dijeron era el mejor de UFX "perfecto" para perder 1000$ en 3 horas y lo que es más asombroso aún diciéndome que sólo me invertía un tercio de mi capital¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ yo jamás podré entender como se puede perder el 100% invirtiendo un 33%

J'ai voulu testé la plate forme UFX et j'ai tout d’abord injecté 500$, puis j'ai tout de suite été contacté par un conseiller trader (Roland D) qui, en tant que novice en la matière, a pris le temps de m'expliquer le mécanisme du trading. Sur ces conseils, j'ai fait un second dépôt de 3500$. Avec 4000$ sur mon compte ufx, j'étais outillé pour pouvoir prendre mes 1eres positions sur l'or, toujours selon les conseils de mon trader. Il m'a fait gagner près de 500$ en quelques heures. J'étais ravi mais je découvrai également que cette activité générait un stress trop important pour ma personne.
J'ai donc décidé de m'en arrêter là, ne supportant pas l'idée de perdre toutes mes économies.
J'ai pu récupérer ma mise initiale après plusieurs échanges de mails. J'avoue avoir là encore stressé à la lecture des nombreux commentaires présentant ufx comme une arnaque. Pour ma part, j'ai été remboursé des sommes initialement déposées au bout de 20 jours, sans pour autant récupérer la somme gagnée. Je m'en suis arrêté là mais pour des personnes supportant le stress et ayant le goût du risque je ne vois pas en quoi UFX représente une arnaque. A voir évidemment si UFX reverse les gains accumulés, je ne suis pas aller jusqu'à cette étape préférant quitter le monde du trading, n'étant pas fait pour ce dernier. M. Lesieur.

"Company" keeps calling from different numbers even though I have said I am not interested, I consider this harassment.

Ufx...mala experiencia con ellos.
Muy mala. Pésima.
La CNMV ni les regula, ni los controla, ni los sanciona si toca. Nada de nada. Infórmate antes.

Avoid this company. I deposited $250 USD approx £197 GBP. Within seconds I decide to change my mind and request the money back. I recieved an email asking me to verify my identity which I did. I recieved over 54 calls within a four hours. I was quite abrupt with a guy. I did apologize for that but the calls were relentless. I have sent multiple emails all but a few were ignored, those that were not ignored never mentioned about refunding me. Another call that I did answer was from a D R I should mention his name but I won't who chatted nonsense. several times I asked him to refund the money and he just spoke over me. Within a short period of time the mobile rang again. This company must have dozens off telephone lines. Quite a few of my emails have been ignored. I have contacted my bank so once the transaction shows I will have to now instigate a chargeback. I have also contacted CySec. If this company was genuine I should have been informed that the funds will be refunded/ or cancelled so that the funds will appears back on my credit card. This is a company that ignores what you ask them to do. I will also instigate legal action in the courts as well should I not be refunded. DO NOT contact me via the telephone do it via email.

Voila ils m ont tout pris ils ont fermés mes positions alors qu il restait de quoi tenir sans les fermer et la ils viennent de fermer l ouverture il reste 27 euro merci je vous laisse avec votre conscience

I have created an account on the UFX trading platform. I was made aware of the bad reviews. After reading that, I decided not to activate the account and trade on UFX. Then the misery begins, you are called and stalked by different account managers who all claim to be your personal account manager and want to help you after you have deposited an amount of at least € 2500. Every day you are called to boredom, at least 10 times a day. Now that I do not respond, they call you and immediately you will hear a little music. I have blocked all known numbers and then they speak into your voice mail so that your voice mail box is full. It drives you crazy. SO DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT ON UFX.. I still can not delete my account

Do not sign up unless you want to inundated with phones calls, 30 in 1 hour! You can de-register by using the chat tool on the website.

Après avoir été en conflit, UFX m'a entièrement remboursé de ma dernière perte !

J'ai plutôt un avis vraiment mitigé.
Nous avons simplement investi 40$.
Nous sommes monté a plus de 400$ dollars sur le compte.
Nous sommes contacter en permanence par la plateforme.
Lorsque il nous on affirmé qu'il fallait tout mettre sur l'or car celui-ci va monter, une hausse exceptionnel, nous as t-il dis...
Nous les avons écouté, et ça pour la deuxième fois.
Nous avons perdu 300$ ce qui est énorme.
La premier fois c'étais pareil un somme plus petite mais nous avons perdu aussi.
A chaque fois que nous les écoutons nous perdons de l'argent.
Moi je vous conseil de suivre votre propre instinct et ne travailler pas avec eux.
Ok vous allez pas faire le même pourcentage que si vous bossé avec eux mais en fin de compte moi le choix est vite fait....
Je préfère faire petite que perdre gros.

Voila ce que j'ai ecrit il y a une semaine et celui-ci a etait effacer sans aucune explication, ou une reponse a mon mail.. A quoi ca sert de mettre un Avis si Trust pilot l'efface sans aucune explication????

En ce qui concerne cette plateforme, pour le moment j'ai utilisee que la demo. Simple d'utilisation et on trouve bcp d'informations.

I have been treated in the most outrageous way by this company. When I decided to withdraw my funds without investing, I began to receive 40/50 calls a day, all showing either Unknown caller or caller ID unknown; I asked the Account manager, if he would arrange for these nuisance calls to be stopped. At first he said that he had no knowledge of them, however, he has subsequently come back to say that he knows who is calling me but will only assist if I am prepared to re deposit. I have, in fact, received 7 more of these calls whilst I have been writing this! I would strongly advise others to have no dealings with UFX.
I am pleased to say that I subsequently made contact with UFX customer support and the matter was dealt with very swiftly.

I had a very bad experience with them, but I only read the bad reviews after I lost my money!!
Before I tell my story here is some facts about them:

- UFX is not registered in UK, quoting their website: UFX Global Limited is a company incorporated in Republic of Vanuatu - anybody heard about it? -

- UFX is a market maker, it's not true ECN as they say.

- They will keep call you to deposit more money even if you cannot afford, they will pressure you to enter huge positions.

- They have professional experts (allegedly called account managers) they claim they have a deep experience in the market and they will teach you how to be a millionaire, this is definitely not the case and not their goal!! )

And here is my story:
I filled a callback form found it online, on a website with many positive reviews.
They called me one day later,
I made my first deposit $1K, then i have been introduced to a different expert, he urged me to deposit more money every week, and he pushed me to enter big positions my portfolio cannot afford, and when my drawdown hits 80% he asks me to deposit more and more, my account deposits grew from $1K to $10K in a matter of month,
After I lost all of my hard earned money, he kept calling asking me to get some loans or credit cards to cover my lose, unfortunately I didn’t listen to him anymore.

Final words: UFX is still operating and they have an office in Dubai, they get more clients every day ....

As they usually do with other true reviews, they reported my review, I have updated my review and removed any personal information mentioned, hope Trustpilot keeps my review, maybe it will save someone in the future ...

My review triggers their anger, they always try to take down. Not this one, UFX!

Registered with them then checked reviews and unsavour behaviour. Did not invest after reading about their bad dealings . But one man , cannont mention his name from UFX continually phoned back when I hung up and sent emails. I have now blocked both . Be very careful with these people. I have had to change my review twice do to them complaining about the truth being posted
