I have been in the same situation as with other people who traded with ufx.i would like my money back PLEASE.

I''ve lost a lot of money with them, around £25000, and not because of my bad decisions. The broker I worked with, contacted me and insisted that he will help me make money. Even if I refused his help initially, he kept calling and emailing until I accepted. He asked me to invest £10000, made me $60000 and lost it all. Even if I didn't agree with his decisions, he manipulated me in agreeing eventually, insisting that he knew what he was doing
After I lost my money, he asked me to invest another £10000 so I could get back what I lost initially. I was so upset and shocked and I wanted my money back. So I invested another £10000. I had to top up my account because the transactions were going the wrong way, and I ended up using my overdraft and credit card also. I think I lost around £25000 in total and that was all I had.
Everything happened just a few weeks before my birthday and he didn't care about it. On top of that, he asked me to get a loan, to invest further. I was shocked and disgusted, I couldn't believe that a human being could do that to another.
I cried days and nights, I lost weight, I got ill.
All I wanted it was a bit of extra income, nothing much. I didn't dream to be a millionaire and I never asked for any help from them. He used my dream of buying a house and destroyed my life.
I would've never invested that amount of money, and I would've never made those decisions on my own. He knew what he was doing and it was premeditated, but I realised it too late.

I want my money back, that's all want.

This is days after I've send them my details and nobody contacted me. They don't care, only pretend. I hope they'll pay for everything they do to people.

لقد صدر قرار مجلس الإدارة بالنسبة إلى طلبك الخاص بالتعويض، حيث تم رفض طلب تعويضك بأي مبلغ مالي، حيث أن أسباب الرفض هي على النحو التالي:
1- بعد أن تعرض حسابك للخسارة، وصل العرض الذي طرحته الشركة عليك إلى 10,000 دولار (6000 دولار تعويض مالي + 4000 دولار مخصصة للتداول)، أي أن العرض المطروح تجاوز 60% من مجموع إيداعاتك، وهذه النسبة تعتبر مرتفعة جداً كتعويض، حيث أن الشركة لم يسبق وأن دفعت 60% كتعويض، ومع ذلك كنت تتعاملين مع العرض بسخرية وفوقية، وتارةً تهددين وتارةً تشتمين وتقولين بأن الشركة والمنصة وهميتان ...
2- وفي الوقت التي كنت فيه لا ترفضين العرض بشكل كامل، بل كنت تتهكمين على العرض وتماطلين ريثما ينهي البنك الخاص بك معاملة استرداد الأموال التي تقدمتي بها للبنك خلال فترة التفاوض معنا على التعويض، و طبعاً هذا حقك ولا أحد يستطيع أن يقول بعكس ذلك... إلا أن رفض الشركة لتعويضك بعد أن تقدمتي بطلب التشارج باك، هو أيضاً حق من حقوق الشركة الذي لا يمكن لأحد أن يناقش فيه.
3- بعد أن بدأت إجراءات استعادة الأموال من قبل البنك الخاص بك، أرسلنا لك الايميل التالي:
"في اللحظة التي بدأت فيها عملية رد المبالغ المدفوعة ، توقفت UFX عن الوجود كطرف معني ، وأصبحت المسألة بينك وبين شركة بطاقتك الائتمانية ، التي استخرجت الأموال من حسابنا. بعد بدء عملية استرداد المبالغ المدفوعة ، وبالتالي لن نكون مسؤولين بأي شكل من الأشكال عن هذه الأموال بعد الآن.
حيث أن الطريقة الوحيدة لنا لمراجعة أي من مطالبك والنظر فيها هي إلغائك لعملية استرداد المبالغ المدفوعة في البنك، وإلا ستتجاهل الشركة كل بريد إلكتروني أو طلب قد ترسله".
4- وعندما نجحت باستعادة 1340 دولار فقط من أصل كامل المبلغ، عدتي إلينا بعد شهرين بنبرة جديدة لم نعهدها فيكي، فيها شيء من الاحترام واللباقة، وادعيتي بأنك أوقفتي طلب استرداد الأموال (التشارج باك)، لأنك تريدين أن تعطي UFX فرصة ثانية، إلا أننا كنا نعلم من الأساس بأنك لم تنجحي في استعادة كامل المبلغ، حيث أنه لو وجد البنك أو أي مؤسسة مالية بأن طلبك المقدم لاسترداد أموالك من UFX هو طلب محق، لكنتي نجحتي باستعادة كامل المبلغ، إلا أنه لم يجدك محقة، فعلى أي أساس ستقوم الشركة بتعويضك؟
5- وعندما عدتي إلينا، فإنك لم تطلبي ما كان معروض عليك سابقاً (10,000 دولار) فحسب، بل طالبتي وصممتي على حصولك على تعويض بقيمة 14,000 دولار يحول إلى حسابك البنكي، أي أنه إذا أضفنا لهذا المبلغ ما ربحتيه من التشارج باك (1340 دولار)، لأصبح المبلغ يعادل تقريبا قيمة كافة المبالغ المودعة من طرفك.
عزيزتي، كقاعدة عامة، أغلب العملاء الذي يتعرضون للخسارة، وخصوصاً من عالمنا العربي، يلومون المدرب وبالتالي الشركة على الخسارة، بالرغم من أن العميل هو الشخص الوحيد المسؤول عن حسابه، وأن الشركة لا يمكن أن تتحمل نتيجة الخسارة الحاصلة بسبب أخبار أو تحليلات السوق التي تعتبر من قبيل التعليقات العامة التي يمكن للعميل اختيار الأخذ بها من عدمه (الفقرة 5.2 من شروط وأحكام الشركة)... إلا أننا حاولنا المساعدة وعرضنا عليكي تعويض وصل إلى 60%، إلا أنك استمريتي بنهج الاستهزاء والتهديد والفوقية بالتوازي مع قيامك بتشارج باك، والذي حسم بأغلبه لصالح الشركة.

Après 2 commentaires sur trust pilot j'ai enfin été contacté par une officier des réclamations (Chantal L. ) qui m'a demandé d'expliquer mon expérience avec details.
Cela fait 10jours que je leur ai envoyé les détails j'imagine que mon dossier est en cours de traitement c'est pour cela que j'ai rajouté une étoile.
J'espère avoir de bonnes nouvelles très rapidement

If only I could give 0 stars... Each time you reject the call they start calling again when you block the number they start calling from Israel. They have acquired my cell phone number illegally and reject to remove my personal data from their database so if they treat UE law that "good" I can only imagine what kind of service they provide. Looks like an absolute scam to me!

I recently reviewed my experiences with UFX and a particular Senior Trader and Trainer. At the same time contacted UFX Customer Services again

I am now in communication with a Dispute Officer again who is investigating my case.

I can only pray that going back directly to UFX with my grievance It will give them the opportunity to put this despicable wrong, right.

The jury is out but I have faith 🙏🏻🙏🏻

23 June update

UFX have, through their Dispute Officer agreed to pay me ‘compensation’ for my loss of £40k.

I have accepted 8.500 USD dollars.

I had no choice but to accept this offer as the mental strain is too overwhelming and hard. I also have a responsibility to repay my friend as quickly as possible. I borrowed £5k as part of the anxious and panic stricken experience

Need to get UFX and Senior Trader words out of my mind

Will put closure when my ‘compensation’ is in my bank account.

Here is my update. Today I received another £2,393.86 making the total received from Reliantco (UFX) £6137.89

That amount Converted into USD is 7652.11 USD

The shortfall to me is 848.89 USD

I think there has been a mistake calculating my ‘compensation’ so I have emailed UFX outlining error and would expect it to be rectified tomorrow So I can at last pay back my friend and put this whole stressful affair behind me

I will thank UFX for at least doing what they said in the agreement we both signed in paying me the full amount agreed of 8500 USD

N'y allez pas ! Même si vous pensez n'investir qu'une somme raisonnable, c'est un engrenage infernal. Et le pire c'est que votre interlocuteur saura vous inspirer une grande confiance, voire de la sympathie. Je voulais investir 3500€ j'en ai perdu 25000€ en 3 mois !!!

J'ai été ruiné par UFX ne faite pas confiance à ces gens qui ne sont d'aucuns conseils, de très mauvais pseudo coach qui vous demandront sans cesse de faire des dépôts et vous ne pourrez jamais faire de retraits, j'ai perdu plus de 40 000 dollars en 6 mois, bref une équipe d'escros QUI PENSE JUSTE A VOUS POMPER VOTRE ARGENT. Une plateforme de trading à vivement déconseiller.
impossible de retirer mon argent restant sur mon solde !!! aucunes réponses aux mail. !!! Minable, ils devraient avoir honte ses non professionnels...

UFX keep well away 10k to nothing overnight

Curious about online trading, on 26th February I went on the UFX website, which asked for my email and phone number. No sooner had I submitted the online form my phone immediately rang even though I had not requested a call. Every day in the last 14 days including today they harass me non-stop, always from different numbers which prevents me blocking them. When I ask for them to remove me from their list they hang up. As a mother this is making me increasingly stressed as I cannot even get my baby to sleep, she’ll nod off and then the phone will wake her up. It’s embarrassing me in the office with my phone constantly ringing, interrupting my work, not impressing my manager. I also believe they have passed my number to other companies as I’m getting calls about all sorts of things not just online trading. I’m seriously considering changing my number because I can’t take this stress and I’ve had this number for 15 years. I wish I had never touched this company, and I would warn anyone against contacting them as it is likely they will harass you non-stop and sell your number on.

***** UPDATE on 15th March UFX contacted me to advise they regret any inconvenience I have experienced and they have made sure that their representatives will not try to contact me from now on. They asked me to edit my review accordingly, which I have done.

First of all, if I could score these people 0 I would, but we had no other choice than 1! We heard about Bitcoin, we called them up, deposited $250 and signed up. Almost straight away we were appointed a senior account executive.He was so compassionate, and convincing about how much money we could make to help our families that after a couple of tips from him about buying gold and crude oil (he talked me through the process step by step) and saying that the more money we had in the account, the cheaper we could buy stock, and after his tips made us money, we borrowed several thousand pounds to bring us up to a level he called “platinum account”. We made it clear from day one that we had never traded before, and had no experience, but he convinced us he’d be with us step by step. What he omitted to mention was that if we had traded open, if we were losing too much equity, rather than us holding onto the contracts until the market recovered, they could close all our deals at however great the loss was. Which they did. Without any explanation beforehand. So, we are now thousands of pounds in debt £5,700 of it to my 95 year old mother,as our ‘senior accounts exec’ was fully aware, and he convinces us morons that recovery is possible. We were so deeply in debt that we were desperate. This time, when he advised gold, we opened 2 small deals. Gold plummeted - I told him how terrified I was of opening another trade, but he emphatically stayed not to worry, and suggested that this was the route to recovery.we frantically did all we could to ring round everyone we knew just to keep our account safe, as we were continually receiving email notices from UFX telling us to deposit more and more money to keep our investments safe, but yet again UFX closed our deals losing us about £18,700 in total. Despite frantic emails begging them to contact us throughout this drama, we have not heard from them since. Things are so dire I have had to sell my jewellery (including wedding and eternity rings) just to pay our huge overdraft charges. Our representative was aware, as I sobbed and sobbed after our first huge loss, as he consoled me and promised to put us back in a recovery position.
The reason I have gone into so much detail is to warn people- PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not fall into the UFX trap. Bitcoin Evolution is great, but do your research. Use trustpilot to check out every company. Please don’t fall into the same trap. If in doubt, go without...

Do Not Register online for any interest in trading with UFX.com..... The company is based in Europe and Agents are very bad mannered. I wish I had recorded some of those conversations just to prove it.
Despite telling them that I do not want to trade other than use a dummy account, they tried very hard to convince me just like the old doubleglazing sales guys. I was receiving calls 2 or 3 times a day.
I tried to cancel my account and despite chatting online with their customer service who assured me that it will be cancelled immediately I am still getting several phone calls daily from the Agents.... Luckily I was able to reply to customer Service and after another 24 hours the account was finally closed and no further calls we received.

The website is easy to use and navigate, which makes it accessible to all people. I haven't had any problem using them. I've never had to contact customer service, so can't comment on that.

I have mixed feeling about this company. They seem to be prepared to harass people and cold call in order to attempt to get more users and money from people. I don't understand this as a tactic, as it just generates negative feelings and bad word of mouth. I know that they say there is no such thing as bad press, but I cannot understand how this doesn't just put people off.

Having said this though, I do know people who have had some success trading with UFX and enjoyed using the platform. Although even they admit that the company will call and email them a whole lot, sometimes they like that as it gives them an alert that might be useful to them regarding the market and products that they have invested in.

These seem quite rare though. There are a lot of reviews that complain about loding large sums of money, but I'm not sure how UFX can be held accountable for that. Anybody that goes into trading, especially online, should be aware of the fact that it is a high risk venture for pretty much everybody but the most skilled and intuotibe of traders. You invest and lose money at your own risk and should not risk somerthing youre not prepared to lose. I don't see how UFX can be held accountable for this.

They do need to take another look at their communications and outreach department though, as a lot of people are fed up of their calls and some don't even know how they got their contact details.

Call from UFX today. I have had no interaction with this company and have not in anyway provided them with the details they used to call me. I asked for details on how my phone number, email address etc were obtained, this could not be answered. The caller refused to provide any contact information, escalation point or additional details on how I could confirm they received this information. Other reviews and a lot of online content highlights this issue.
The company also routed their call through an Irish number to try make the call more legitimate.
I would advise everyone to stay away from this company!!

je donne ma totale confiance en ufx . . sachez que il faut faire attention a l'effet de levier vous pouvez gagner un max d'argent comme vous pouvez vous ruiner . en aucun cas ufx ne m'as obliger a rajouter des fond sur ma carte comme j'ai pus le voir dans les precedents commentaire . ils m'ont donner de nombreux conseils que j'ai choisis d'appliquer ou de refuser . et pour le moment grace à eux je suis dans le bénéfice . et même si je perds mon argent je donnerais quand même un bon avis a ufx .
