I ordered on 29th of December, international shipping was supposed to be 8-15 days. Yesterday it was my sister’s birthday and of course she had no gift from me😔 I looked after the tracking and the last update is “4th of January -Awaiting carrier pickup” I wrote over 20 messages on the site, I sent emails and I received only IGNORE
I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Don’t waste your money on SCAMMERS!!!!!

Piece of utter trash company. Poor quality and when sent back the shoes - no refund. Do not answer phone or respond to emails.
I’m going to post wherever I can to stop people getting ripped off from this disgusting disgraceful company.

Disgusting service and should not be allowed to trade. I purchased some slippers for Christmas wasn’t impressed and returned them. No confirmation they received the slippers although tracking info said they were delivered back to the company, no refund, no responses to my several emails. I will not give up I will take this further. A very disappointed customer

Scammed as well sent back 30th December after agreeing for a full refund cost me £30 to send numerous messages and emails sent nothing back horrendous stay well clear plus there not the real uggs as the first g should be bigger rip off

If I could I would give -1 star. Original UGG they are not! They are counterfeit! I sent mine back straight away, nothing original about them. It cost me £38 to send back and still no refund! I tracked the parcel luckily and it was received 14th January 25. Surprise surprise still NO refund and no response from the company after a numerous amount of emails! Absolutely appalling company, don’t touch them with a barge pole, steer clear!

They shipped the boots which were received and in good condition however I needed to return as they were a duplicate purchase at Christmas. They have not responded to my emails or returned the refund. I am now significantly out of pocket. I would not use this company. Very poor customer service and a rip off.

Although initially I was happy with the purchase, the pull tab at the back of one of the boots split after only being worn twice. I got in touch with the company several times so ask to replace the boots but received no reply. I won't be buying from them again and wish I'd read the reviews before doing so.

I Ordered UGG Boots for my wife for Christmas Goods didn't arrive! They didn't respond to my emails. Tracking just showed Goods awaiting collection so it seems never left Factory. I did get one response from the online chat but couldn't contact them again I have sent Numerous emails no reply even from replying to their initial response

I bought a pair of boots and decided to return them. I sent them back using recorded delivery. They received them on 14.12.2024. I have emailed them many times but they still haven't responded! So they have my money as well as the boots. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

So disappointed. Slippers arrived faulty, I had to pay £30 to send them back, then they charged me another £10 to give me a credit note. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I think everyone with a review has had the same issues as me, definitely not a legit company the import fees are crazy.... They do not respond to emails I didn't accept the import fees and sent them directly back. I cannot contact them I've lost over €200 from my order sent in early November 2024 with this site. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!!

I purchased some boots and other items in October 2024. After a couple of weeks I received a letter from customs stating that I owe them processing money for the parcel. I contacted UGG originals to decide on what to do next as I was not prepared to pay the fee. (which was a high amount). They stated by email that if I do nothing they will send it back to them and that when they have the parcel back at the depot I will get a refund. On tracking the parcel it was back at the depot mid December and I have send numerous emails asking for a refund. I have had no response whatsoever from this company it seems they have the product back now to resell and my money. What a scam

FAKE! Do not buy from this site if you want genuine Uggs. My son bought me a pair for Christmas thinking they were genuine. They are good copies but definitely FAKE. They have stretched so much I can't wear them, the detachable straps are huge. The fur isn't even real.

If I could rate it less than one star, then I would I use this website in the hope that I could buy my daughter a nice Christmas present she herself has had many UGGs over the years and can definitely tell the difference between a real and a fake and the ones that we were sent by this company were absolutely fake They are not even close to what the originals look like absolutely shameful and if I don’t get my refund, I’ll take it further because I’ve spent over £100.

I’m based in the UK and the boots I wanted were out of stock, these guys ship to the UK and were cheaper, so I went for it. Then I looked at the reviews on here and tried to cancel the order, but couldn’t. I’m so glad I didn’t! They arrived in 6 days. No duty as below £135 in value and the quality and fit are perfect. It says on their website they use different branding for exported goods (trade partnership agreement) so it has ‘ozwear connection’ in small writing then a bigger UGG then a small ‘classic Australian’ underneath on them rather than just UGG. I’m not bothered about that - but some might be.

I’ve been trying to get in touch with this company to change a pair of UGGs to a bigger size that I bought at Christmas. I’ve sent 5 emails and phoned them at least 4 times. The call always goes to their answering machine asking you to leave a message which I’ve done. They have never bothered to reply to anything. So I’m now left with a £80 pair of UGGs that can’t be worn, I will try and sell them but I won’t be able to get the full amount. Imagine if they were faulty?! You would be completely had over! Absolute awful company, don’t buy from them.

Ordered a pair of short boots that arrived with one ankle much tighter than the other, and unwearable. I emailed customer services to explain the problem and received a reply from Teresita asking for photos which I sent the same day. That was a week ago and despite resending multiple times via email and through the customer contact portal on the website, I have not received a reply. Am hoping this is an oversight but have a feeling my money is now in their account and I am left with unwearable boots. I will of course never be ordering from this company again and hope my experience helps someone else avoid being gouged.

Never order from this company I ordered in Nov 2024 Ugg boots and men’s Ugg slips the delivery was 24/12/24 which was 3 weeks later than said and customer service was no help no reply to e-mails non existent I was so depressed as they were presents for my husband and daughter, Shop delivery was no help even when asking what was happening/ never a reply, then receiving them on 24/12/24 I was a little happy until I discovered the Ugg slippers were the wrong size , I sent another 4 e- mails with no reply until 4 January 25 asking to send a picture of the order and item which I sent and still no reply from this company
