dont order from this company - i returned a pair of boots - at my own expense and they have not refunded me or responded to any emails - their phone number is constantly playing a "well get back to you soon" message. so now they have my boots and my money and I have no way to reach them! Im about to lodge a complaint with fair trading.

I ordered the boots on 30.1.24 for a Christmas present as many other people did. The boots finally arrived on 31.12.24. The same day I finally received a reply to my emails asking for a time frame for delivery with no apology for the fact they missed Christmas and went way over the promised 8-15 days delivery period. Customer service incredibly poor. The boots are ok though, but not the greatest quality.

Don’t order!

I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for my Ugg slippers & shoes, they still haven’t arrived! I’ve emailed them and they respond saying they will look into it, but still no update! They will take your money but won’t send you what you’ve ordered!

Hi I've been waiting weeks for an email reply and calling and calling with no answer. I've sent a return for exchange weeks ago with no communication.

The items I purchased were a good price and shipping was £9. It did state they would arrive before xmas but they did not. I emailed 3 times and no response. I have now got to pay £70 import fee to release the times. A total scam- do not use this website.

So, ordered some ugg boots from here thinking it was a genuine site. As it very much looks genuine. They were meant to be £135 and reduced in a sale for £68. So bought them as a Xmas gift for my child.....did not arrive. Do not reply to emails. States 8-15 days for delivery. They were shipped on the 3rd Dec.it is now 27th Dec still nothing. Should have received latest 18th.....contacted my bank got my money back. But this is besides the point.. They were a Xmas gift for my daughter which caused disappointment on the day. Also type in the tracking number on royal mail and says when arrive in UK there will be an update. There is nothing.they clearly are a scam!!!! Do not order from these ever. And if the price seems too good to be true. It usually is lol...silly me for buying from these....IL know now in future

If I could leave no stars I would, bought for my daughter for Xmas, she opened today, they are clearly very poor quality fakes, the chances of getting my £96 refunded are slim, such a scam

Appalling service. Ordered on 29 November for my daughter’s Christmas present. Apparently dispatched by Auspost on 2nd December and Royal Mail now stating leaving the original country on 23 December. I have emailed three times in past three weeks, no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM UGG Originals. I now have one very unhappy child at Christmas thanks to them.

Please please please do not order off these scummy people.
Do not reply to emails so I left comments on their Tik tok and they blocked me HAHAHA couldn’t believe it quality is utter shite and had to pay £70 customs charge. To top it all off the uggs came scrunched up in a bag not even a box even though they advertise on their tik tok lovely presentation if I lived in aus I’d be strait to their head quarters because they block your number too joke of a company I have proof of everything I have said also.

You have to pay IMPORT DUTY charges to the UK !!!!
I ordered 2 pairs of UGG boots and have to pay £88:45 to have them delivered to me
So it's not a saving .....should have gone to John Lewis
