I ordered 2 pairs of ugg ultra mini boots from ugg originals. One black pair for my wife & another brown pair for my daughter. Then out of curiosity, after I had placed my order, I thought I'd look at the reviews on Trustpilot. I then started to panic, thinking I had made a mistake.
I needn't have worried. They both arrived yesterday & they were packaged nicely in there own boxes. They seem to be very well made & the quality of the materials look & feel really nice. I'm not sure if I've just been lucky, or the people who have had a good service from ugg originals just don't bother commenting. But genuinely, I have been more than happy with my purchases that took around a week to arrive to my home here in the UK. I would definitely use ugg originals again.

Don’t be scammed they sell blag UUG’s they are nothing like the real ones. If you return the item they don’t refund you or respond to your emails I was lucky and bought through PayPal who got my refund for me but I’ve had to wait 2 months. Check out their address on Google Maps street view it’s just a shack in NSW Australia

I ordered UK10 they send me EU42? So many emails went forward backwards but not once they apologised. I even send shoes size guidline from ugg website but they are refusing to accept.

Please avoid, they are poor quality and made in China, tried to email to complain, they don't reply! Don't waste your money please

No customer service whatsoever !
spent £80 on a pair of uggs and further £22 to return them 3 weeks ago .
Have sent 4 e mails in this time and not one response from ugg.

Was worried by all the negative reviews AFTER I’d bought my sheepskin slippers. Maybe there is confusion around website but I bought mine from UGG Originals au website. I needn’t have worried. They arrived on time, fabulous quality and am so pleased. I’m usually a UK size 6 and ordered 39/40 and they’re perfect.

WARNING ! stay away from this site I ordered a pair of black leather nappa had to send them back they received them in the 15th of January 2025 and it's the 22/02/25 and they have released the refund yesterday!!!!! It cost £30 to send them back ! The boots were £89.00 and they have only given me £69 !!!!! They don't answer the emails for about a week !!!!! This company is actually the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE on the planet ! how they are still trading is beyond me ! do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!

0 stars at all. Uggs delivered ….. all the poorest quality copies. I spent £250 and then parcel force wouldn’t deliver them until I paid £117 shipping…… even though the website clearly states free international delivery on orders over £100. The Uggs were a miss mash of colours, soles were hard certainly not Ugg’ soles. There was glue everywhere. The imitation stitching was pathetic and the smell from the box was horrific. Tried and tried via email and phone calls to get these returned to no avail. Stay well clear from this ‘company’ if something seems too good to be true then it usually is. An expensive lesson to learn

Ordered a pair of Tazz as the discount was great and who doesn't trust Ugg as a brand. One month on and the front has spilt and gone a funny shape emailed to request a replacement pair only to still be awaiting a response. This is not good enough for consumers so I will be reporting to trading standards given the amount of unhappy people on this thread.

Avoid this company at all costs

items took forever to arrive and when I finally got them one of the items the stitching was bad sent them photos and I was told its too late all I wanted was a replacement item and they took long to respond awful

The 88% are not lying. I ordered a pair of (what looked like) CHARCOAL BLUE PREMIUM CHELSEA BOOTS. They took forever to arrive to the point I was constantly tracking them and emailing them, it was the most infuriating experience I've had ordering online. When they finally arrived, my jaw dropped at the blatant differences in the boots I was expecting vs what I received. They were black, with a very cheap and weird cream kind of fur ( I actually don't know what the FCUK it was) lining. The material loop on the back doesn't say UGG, I actually don't know what it says stitched on that loop. The foam base was scuffed like they were preused. There was a weird sticker on the bottom that wasn't even english 😳
And I could tell just by looking that they weren't even going to fit me! They are so ridiculously tight I can barely put my ankle down!! I contacted them with my grievances and they took forever again to respond, then simply told me I should return them. No apologies, nothing and refused to refund me first. If you don't trust me to return after a refund, I definitely don't trust you to refund after a return. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED‼️

These people are ghosts. I need to exchange a pair of uggs I bought that are too small. I have been trying to contact them for the past 4 weeks. I have had no reply at all to the numerous emails, website messages and phone messages. They never answer their phone. Do NOT buy from these people.

I have had a totally different experience than the other reviews. Item was shipped and arrived within a week which I wasn't expecting, with tracking the whole time. The branding/sole is different to UK-bought Uggs I had previously but after doing research this is because the term Ugg in NZ and Aus is considered generic and can be used by other brands, like this one. They seem to still be good quality and everything about them suggested they are still made of Australian sheepskin as you would expect. They are also like 1/3 of the price so you get what you pay for! I'm really happy with mine but will update after a few more wears.

Returned an order with signed for delivery. They haven’t confirmed receipt and won’t respond to any query about an update. Raising with my credit card. Absolute waste of time and money.

Item has been returned as they were too small, using the RMA# you provided. I have had no replies to my emails, no refund, no exchange. My tracking information shows item was received by you on 15th January!
Where is my refund?!

Beware of this company. I returned slippers I bought. Australia Post tracking says they were delivered, but weeks later I have not been refunded. This company does not return emails and you cannot get anyone at customer service. I have referred this matter to my bank, and suggest anyone else having this problem to do the same.

I bought 2 pairs, both have arrived in good time, in around 7-10 days, they arrived in boxes too. Definitely not your normal real UGG boots, so if you're wanting genuine authentic UGGs don't buy from here. But honestly, they're lovely and comfortable and for a fraction of the price. I paid roughly £60 each.
I would attached photos if I could, they're honestly a nice cheaper alternative, good quality, the insides are lovely and soft and they're comfortable.

I purchased Ugg boots for my daughters Christmas present, they were too small so I started a returns process with them and asked for replacement. Having sent the goods back and using their link to register the tracking number (which I had to pay for) 4 weeks later and endless emails chasing them I have received no reply.
I then contacted them using their website and got a reply a few days later, they asked for the for the tracking details which I sent over yet AGAIN, now a week later and despite chasing them I have received no reply.
I have since checked other reviews and they all say the same.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
