Have been using Spotlight for many years now and trust the products 100%! They have made such a difference to the whiteness and my dentist commented on the last twice I visited how strong and white they were. Thankfully I havenât needed any treatment for the last 2 years from the dentist and in my mind thatâs all down to the quality of Spotlight products. I use it all from the toothbrush to the paste,PAP, Mouthwash,floss etc. They may not be the cheapest on the market but they are definitely the best! I have been so impressed that i bought my partner,my daughter, my son in law and grandson all brushes as well. Good and bad experience
The whitening strips are good but I am unable to use the accelerator as it has made my lips very dry and break out. I have not tried the toothpaste as worried it may be the same. Will buy more strips

Wonderful toothbrush, however £20 for a new charger is extortionate.
You have to buy that specific brand because universal chargers donât cover the Spotlight brand due to the round connection. Hence only 4*.

Great brush and head
Great product. Brush still running fine after 2 years. Heads last a long time.
Shame the postage charge is so high for posting replacement heads. Should be less than £2 but charge more than double.

Do not buy!
The toothbrush is okay whilst it works, but there are three crucial elements that make me say I wish I had not bought it.
Firstly, the heads are stupidly expensive for what they are. They are the most basic I have ever seen and are £20 quid for three! I have used other companies toothbrushes and the heads have always been far more involved than just bristles and these really do not last either.
Secondly there is no mention of warranty at all on their website which is unlike every other brand on the market who offer 2 years at least and extended warranties if you register. This company just tries to skirt around that issue and just hope you don't notice when you are buying.
The third point is they have no returns policy at all. No complaints dept and all the phone numbers on their website are disconnected, their chatbot goes in circles and just totally wastes your time and they seem to just ignore their emails if you can find one to even use in the first place. I honestly think the are just making it so difficult to complain or get support that they just hope you will give up.
The toothbrushes themselves do not last and although they brag about being made my dentists, I wish they would use engineers instead as they would probably work longer. Seriously, dentists are not mechanical experts and I would love to hear which actual dentists put their name to those brush heads over an any other companies version.
In Summary, If you were to ask me, this company is a scam. It is just a plain cheap toothbrush packaged in tik tok colours and idiot influencers touting one liners about dentists and "premium" without offering anything substantial to prove such claims. this is marketing at its finest and they are just cashing out with a poor product and hoping if they ignore you, you will give up.
Do not buy from these crooks.
