Sparkling teeth easy peasy
Each mode has a different sound so you can be sure you are cleaning your teeth. I do find it easy to slip into another mode but it is easy to go back as you can hear the change.

Ordered one of their water flossers
Ordered one of their water flossers, and it packed in after about 2 months (completely stopped working).
To their credit the customer service team sent me a new one, but then that one also was reduced to about 5 mins of battery life after a month.
I received a full refund, but I'm honestly convinced that their water flosser products are inherently faulty and designed for obsolescence.

Expensive replacement heads
I found that the base was too narrow leading to instability.
The Battery must be small capacity because it lasts a lot less time than my wife's Oral B.
Replacement heads are very expensive.
Having said all that it works fine for me.
