Broke after 2 years, spam emails despite unsubscribing
The toothbrush was initially okay but broke after a little over 2 years.
They continue to spam with emails and texts, even after you've unsubscribed. If I get any more I'll start marking them as spam!

Good toothbrush but just stopped working one day
I liked my toothbrush until it suddenly stopped working just over three years after I bought it. I contacted the company about potential repairs or a replacement, but heard nothing. So this is not a good purchase if you care about the longevity of your electronic products!

Toothbrush heads quality gone down
Toothbrush heads - have gotten noticeably softer so that I have to repurchase more frequently. Iâm guessing by design. Once the brush is out of action wonât be repurchasing this brand. Tooth brushes are meant to to last longer than 3 weeks

Terrible customer service
Originally had some email exchanges with the company regarding a toothbrush that stopped working, a replacement was swiftly sent but that replacement also stopped working. Due to two toothbrushes from the company not working they offered a refund which I agreed to however they have not provided a refund and have stopped replying to emails requesting an update on this. Seems to me the customer service is all superficial to try and keep their reviews high.

Updating review by a few stars as the company did eventually get in touch and sort the issue.

I like the toothbrush base but theâŠ
I like the toothbrush base but the brushes only last a week or two ( they need to be made of stronger plastic) I understand they are expected to last at least three months and the brushes are expensive. I cannot afford to keep buy the brushes and if you do not improve them I will have to go back to my old electric toothbrush.
