Hello Trustpilot Trust Team,
I am disappointed that my review was removed on the basis that it supposedly focused solely on personal, ethical or political opinions.
My review was based on my personal experience of using the Universal Credit service as a UK citizen. I was expressing my genuine experience and concerns about how I have been treated while dealing with the service. I did not use offensive or abusive language, nor was my review intended to be political.
I believe I should be allowed to share my honest experience, including how I feel I have been treated by a public service that I have personally had to use. I find it concerning that a review can be removed simply because the experience described involves criticism of a government service.
I would therefore ask that you please manually review my original review rather than relying solely on automated software. If you believe it breached a specific guideline, please explain exactly which part of the review breached that guideline.
I am happy to provide further information to demonstrate that my review was based on my genuine personal experience.

Sorry, Trust Piopilot has definitely gone downhill. They say they want your review on companies, but then give you a third degree about your review. Whatever bot for third-rate software you are using is not working. How many people respond to your verification email? How many reviews do you remove because the company doesn't like something? Your verification email ended up in my junk folder, which I normally don't check, but I can say the folder's name accurately describes your email, some might say your emails are spam. When I queried this with Trustpilot below are the email responses I got. I was asked to provide invoices for a review which I had put on their site over 9 months ago, yes 9 months ago.
"As part of our efforts to ensure that our community can trust the reviews they read on Trustpilot, we’re constantly on the lookout for unusual activity. We do this by using customized software, dedicated Content Integrity Agents, or a combination of both."
"Find your order confirmation, invoice, delivery report or proof of service. Send your documentation as an attachment in a reply to this email. "

My driving instructor Fatima was the best instructor I’ve ever had.
Her ability to be able to explain in a calm and patient way was what I needed to help me become a better learner.
I can’t wait for my next lesson knowing that my last lesson went accordingly to how I wanted it to.

I thought Trustpilot was a consumer site to be trusted. They took down my experience unless I spent time proving I was a consumer. They are not on the side of the consumer they are on the side of the provider.

Company will remove genuine experiences, but keep clearly faked, paid reviews. Don't use their service. Not trustworthy whatsoever. Once I attempted to reach out (on more then one occasion) to have my comment about a scam company reinstated. All of a sudden they are harder to get in touch with then the scammers they are saving.

I know one of you are reading this, you can check BOTH of my accounts, and realize you have removed my comment from a clearly scam review. Either fix the issue I am having, or remove the scammers you have been warned about by thousands of people, and yet still remove genuine reviews, but not their clearly paid reviews, that arnt even about the service they offer.
