The team at UK ChauffeurForce, including our wonderful driver, Zach, provided us with an excellent experience during our trip to London. We were a group of eight and hired them for private van service for two full days of sightseeing around London. From the beginning, communication was great, the pricing was very reasonable, and the customer service was outstanding.

They even upgraded us to a spacious Mercedes Sprinter van, which gave our group plenty of room to travel comfortably throughout the day. Having bottled water waiting for us on board was another thoughtful touch that we really appreciated.

Zach was professional, friendly, accommodating, and helped make getting around London easy and stress-free. With a group of eight and a full sightseeing itinerary, having reliable private transportation made such a difference in our trip.

We had a fantastic experience and would absolutely use UK ChauffeurForce again. If you’re traveling to London—especially with a family or larger group—I highly recommend them for your transportation needs!

Mr. Claudiu was my driver and I had a wonderful experience with him. Very professional and friendly. but what had impressed me so much was the effort made to communicate with me. he has used all tools, message on WhatsApp, message on phone number and by the exit he was waiting with my name writhen on his cell phone very clear from 10 meters distance. That was wonderful.

Even before I arrived from Singapore, I was pleasantly surprised with the responsiveness of the whatsapp enquiry chats. Although I read about the positive reviews, I still had my doubts. The pricing may not be the cheapest but as a frequent organiser of VIP trips, this company gave me absolute peace of mind. They email regular updates on the trip details, driver profile and when the drivers arrive. Car was clean and punctual, if not early. As a matter of fact, I used them twice back-to-back and on another day when my wife and I needed to look at some properties across London from Chelsea to Canary Wharf. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend this company.

Amazing service very professional and extremely friendly my daughter travel to London for a concert and was a little bit concerned about getting from the hotel to the O2 Arena. Are you using underground in public buses as she’s never been to London before? So we opted for this company. The driver was fantastic on time. Communication was brilliant with brilliant tracking system. Would highly recommend this company if we are ever in London again for anything like this will be using this company.

I can honestly say that I really enjoyed spending the evening weekend for my early birthday yesterday at the o2 with my friends. We had dinner together in the restaurant and then we went to have game for arcade and bowling at the Hollywood bowl.

Yesterday Mercedes luxury car was amazing in the daylight & in the dark at night where they have lights I enjoyed listening to musics 🎶 in the car vibing to it even my friends enjoyed it it was excellent 👍.

We used UK Chauffeur Force on 22/08/25 and 27/08/25 for the transfer from Heathrow to Stokwell there and back. The drivers were very friendly, professional and punctual. They even offered us bottles of water for the journey. I really recommend it.
