A detail orientated company who takes pride in delivering the best possible services to residents and property owners. Staff are always contactable and they are always polite and cheerful. They do thier best to on board feedback. It is never easy to keep everyone happy when dealing with so many people but they do thier best.

Avoid!
The best thing I can say about EMS is their continued effort, dedication and consistency in being so utterly appalling. This level of consistent performance cannot come easily, or by accident.
In all seriousness they are probably the worst company I have dealt with in any sector.
They certainly show no regard in how they spend their customers money, case in point being employing sub contract groundskeepers year round ,.. to blow leaves even in the spring and summer when they are, as anyone know, attached to the trees! And instead walking around blowing dust and dirt about the car park aimlessly.

For anyone considering a property ‘managed’ by this shambles, I say beware. Anytime you are unfortunate enough to need them to take action, act in a logical, sensible or empathetic way … forget it. Simply put, they do not care about residents.
Clearly they are totally landlord biased, so if you’re looking for a blocker between you and your residents and do not care, then these are your guys!
I really love living in my apartment, it’s a great building utterly mis-managed and with no care to how they spend our money. Similarity you will also find them rude, obstructive and unhelpful, gaslighting is their MO. They simply do not care. So take care, and think hard before wedding yourselves to such a shambolic operation.

This company is incompetent in the extreme. It takes hard earned funds from tied into contract residents and mismanages massively
None of the jobs or services have been carried out to a satisfactory completion and some not completed at all.
A 40% increase in fees has added insult to injury.
The default stance of all employee is to deny all knowledge or culpability until residents prove otherwise and then to sidestep further discussions.
They would all make excellent politicians.
Excelling in taking the first quote offered from contractors and refusing to shop around for best price and service is a speciality, along with making residents feel decidedly uncomfortable and unsafe in our own homes.
Nowhere else would I have no say at all in service providers or costings and be tired into a contract which forced me to continue to pay for little, no,or appallingly incompetent service.( and at such an extortionate cost

An absolute joke…
An absolute joke of a management company. They have routinely failed to fix problems that have been ongoing for 3 years and have the audacity to raise service charges by more than 40%, over the same period. An awful company who don't care about residents. EMS are only concerned with the landlord and meeting their needs, whilst residents (who pay for their services) are left feeling angry and ignored. I would give them less than 1 star if I could.
Reliable Company
I work for EMS as a contractor, all queries are dealt with professionally and quickly, all invoices are paid on time. Most of my communication is with Judy who is always helpful. One of the best companies I do work for.

Good communication
I move a few months ago and I don\'t have any complaints. Any phone call or email has been respond in a short time. The building is well maintain and everything is well organized and secure with lock codes. I receive emails for any works made in the building in case of disturbance and information about its maintenance.
My only little note is that I wanted to have a house cat and I had to pay for the pet consent, I understand that animals may affect to the maintenance of the building, but I found it a little bit excessive for a house cat. Still quick and easy to do.

Contacted EMS to report an issue with the entrance door and the agent Matthew Will got the issue fixed the very next morning! It was fixed by the time I woke up. His help is extremely appreciated. No more hearing loud slams from the entrance door. I can finally relax at home now.
