No response at my emails.. Friday before order being processed I've contacted them but they answered Monday when order was dispatched.i wanted to change address of delivery but as they answered too late I couldn't anymore

I ordered from UKherbals for the first time on14th January 2023. The package was apparently despatched on 16th January via Royal Mail 48hr tracked service. To date no tracking info and no package. There is no telephone number to contact them that I could see on their website and they dont reply to emails.

I ordered an item in November despite several promises it has still not been delivered, they have not responded to my emails and they have not reimbursed me.

Prompt delivery. Good product at a fair price.
