I've left a few five star reviews on this company before so what has gone so catastrophically wrong this time I have no idea. The fact that I am unable to talk to anyone and they don't respond to emails means I have to resort to this.

So it goes without saying that I am sick and tired of being messed about by this company. My order, in the region of £50, was placed on November 22, 2022. To date, December 06, 2022, it has still not been received. I have sent numerous emails requesting shipping info. On November 30 they told me the courier (Royal Mail if previous orders are anything to go by) had lost the parcel and they would send another. And that's it. Radio silence ever since. I don't know if it has been sent, how it has been sent, when to expect it, anything. I have been a customer of this company for years, as previous reviews will attest, and until this incident they have been fine. But I have never before needed to contact them in this manner. Now a problem has arisen, they don't want to know.

Bought this for my husband and it appears the tincture works as symptoms have reduced

My order was incomplete when it arrived.. The customer service was poor and many of my emails were ignored. I never received the rest of the order and eventually had to go back to my credit card company for a refund. Took quite a bit of my time.

I ordered a product from this company and it has been a nightmare for 3 months. They sent the wrong product, I sent it back and they have not refunded me and they do not respond to emails. Just in case they claim I was not a customer or they didn’t receive the item back – it was order no #83750 and I sent them evidence of the proof of posting for the products sent to their address.

Slow delivery - got the parcel 10 days after instead of 3. This may have been a delivery or postal issue not the company itself. Otherwise the product was as stated.

I use clove tincture for cleaning and repair my teeth. Great product I’ve healed my teeth cases in three months only with clove tincture

I ordered Loose Rooibos tea. The pack reseals easily and I use a small quantity of tealeaves at a time which are sufficient for two large cups. Also the scum which forms when you pour boiling water on teabags doesn't form. So I am very pleased
