I spoke with harris today and he went above and beyond listening 2 all my problems and gave me the information he had 2 hand and helping me with all my questions i had and offering more ways for me 2 get a result for the problem we was having .. absolute credit 2 your firm

The person I spoke to was incredibly kind, helpful, cheerful and patient, even after explaining the same thing about 3 or 4 times and was prepared to explain again, as many times as it took for me! I felt completely reassured about the entire situation, and he kindly helped me with other questions i had aswell. Thank you so much!

Whilst it was a long wait time for my call to work its way down the queue what a lovely gentleman who spoke to me when I did get through! He answered all my questions,and so helpful, advising how to do things to help for future reference in a way I fully understood, not being very technical minded. He also explained how to get documents and exactly how much land registry can obtain from very little information - in this day and age where customer service really doesn’t seem to exist - land registry have nailed it

This is not the UK Land Registry. They are a 3rd party company who charge you more for documents that the Govt Dept does and in my case did not produce the documents, do not answer the phone and emails returned to sender. AVOID AVOID AVOID
