Excellent service. Everything was explained thoroughly to me. Very professional.

Excellent service, very informative and helpful in explaining boundaries etc. He also took time to make a follow up contact to ensure we clearly understood what the transfer document stated.
Overall a fantastic service from a very helpful and knowledgeable gentleman who seems to actually care about the client

I was really impressed with the help l received from Harris today, the patience he gave me with my enquiry was much appreciated and he provided me with exactly the information l asked for, the only bad experience was waiting over 20 mins for the phone to be answered!!

Messages left. Also having payed £12 of paper copies which have still not arrived so I would like my money back.
I feel this government department is not fit for service. I understand you are running many months behind and trust the information sent is up to date.

I registered thinking this was the land registry, and paid money to do so. Then I was told by someone to look carefully and it isn’t the Gov site which is free.
I emailed them to withdraw myself from the service and receive a refund as stated on the website, but I have not had any contact from them and it’s been over a month.

I spoke to a customer service agent called Harris.
His was very welcoming and helpful, he explained complex issues extensively and in a way I could understand.
He ensured I fully understood what I was purchasing in terms documents.
