Worked with several of the team, all very professional and knowledgeable and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Had secured my offers in principle, both competitive, but one lender appeared to change product mid way through to a more expensive deal / less competitive deal with additional survey costs / fees which was a little frustrating as to go back to the beginning with a new, more competitive lender would have lost more time. The team communicated, chased up lender process and supported the very best they could, thank you

Lisa Gamlin, what a saint! She walked us through the entire process, all the while having some great conversations around the subject, she was so fast to find the right mortgage for us and even came up with a backup in case we had a hiccup - this was after four brokers said they couldn't help us due to COVID related employment issues. She is absolutely, hands down, our favourite person we've spoken to so far, and she is fantastic at her job.

Followed up on the process with Kelly and she's been killing it (and also very nice to me despite how anxious we've been about the whole experience! Five of the biggest stars we can give!

Out of all of the companies I have spoken to, this was by far the best and so professional. Lisa was so friendly, helpful and non-judgemental. She listened and clearly knows what she is doing and her market. I went in feeling worried and came out of our conversation feeling really positive about completing our house build. Contacted the lender regularly to expedite my case and secure finance on an auction purchase. Demi Handley was my case handler. I received my mortgage successfully which is the main thing, UK Property Finance were cooperative and polite in all my dealings with them.

My only issue is that the whole process involving , UK Property Finance, the lender , the conveyancing solicitor and independent legal advice (for a company loan) seemed far too bureaucratic. While appreciating the need for security etc I'm sure this could be done more efficiently.

Basically I was seeking a Lifetime Mortgage and dealing with a Sales Advisor, She quoted a specific figure which would be available from lenders. I queried this specific figure a number of times, which was higher than I had been quoted elsewhere and she reconfirmed that this was the amount available and agreed to provide T&C's. She then came back with a request for more details, which I provided. At this point I again queried the amount, but was again reassured! Subsequently she came back and stated that the amount that was on offer was 140% LESS than she originally quoted. She tried to give a number of ineffectual excuses and didn't apologise for the dramatic drop! To summarise, basically I don't think that she really knew what she was doing and that if is this is example an example of the service/advice levels provided by UK Property Finance, I'd steer well clear! I'd also add that my credit standing is excellent and that there are no adverse aspects.

I asked for a loan to buy plot. I spoke with sales advisor Lisa. She provided very professional service and in her mail she explained all the possible charges which is very impressive.
