Liverpool office looking after Langton road are a joke. Please don't use. They never come to repair things
Water coming through the ceiling
Mould everywhere
No handles on fire doors
Freezer never worked or replaced.
Health suffered
Changed ilocks without notice. Couldn't get in during final exams.

Patricia is super helpful and a reliable person, she expedited everything concerning me

Yes the company is doing excellently well.
The property manager Mr Will was on time ,friendly and was willing to help.

First and foremost, there is diversity amongst us and also a sirene environment where you can feel safe and able to move freely. Shared rooms are conducive for students.

Rebecca was so helpful it sorting out an earlier move in date for my son before his contract start date which has saved us a lot of worry and was very much appreciated. Thank you Rebecca

Rebekah was very open and informative when showing me around a property.

In my opinion I would rate their services an 8/10, even though I only spent buy a few months, it has been an amazing experience. I also think that they need to put more efforts in the cleanliness of their properties, even if it means employing someone to clean once a month, the bills could also be included in their rent.

Pat from the helpline have helped me a lot. When i had trouble opening my door which was locked after the inspection i contacted the person who locked it but she didn't even responded but pat did an amazing job. She sorted it for me.Thankyou

There was a rat infestation in my son’s flat during his finals. Despite reporting it many times the company did absolutely nothing. I personally paid for him to move out through Booking.com and hired exterminators to deal with the problem. Because I took the price of this out of his final months’ rent, they are now threatening debt collection, et cetera Where I expected a thank you for dealing with the problem that was wholly their responsibility and an apology for what my son had to go through during his final stressful weeks of university, we are being threatened! They are not sure if it ‘warrants compensation.’

Thanks for the opportunity to view the property at 17 Brookside. It felt warm with a welcoming feel and looks well cared for. I am considering my options , and I will be in touch soon with further questions or next steps.

Needed help with aligning my rent payments to fit with my student finance payments. I emailed and within 5 minutes Rebekah (Bex) replied and helped me. Bex changed my rent payments to suit my needs really fast and straight forward with no hastle.
