Rebekah IS AMAZING! So fast at replying and just getting stuff done !!!!! The amount of letting agents who mess me around Rebekah is a diamond in the rough. Recommended Student Houses to my uni mates

Kirsty was a great help when viewing my new house share, she was very friendly and informative and answered all the questions I had.

Rebekah was really patient and understanding, took her time and was of great assistance

They were easy to approach and answered any queries I had promptly. Special mention to Rebekah who handled my property viewings, her friendly character really made it easy for me to ask around about properties that would be better to my liking and eventually helped to find the right one. Also thanks to Jesse for being there to reply to my questions on chat.

Rebekah service is excellent, human and understand , organized, coordinated and well compose she's a good listener and always ready to take up concerned matter hesitatedly towards positive solution .

They have agreed a tenancy for my brother who's in Lincoln for 15 monk street on January 2025. Before 2 days of moving date they said, the room is not ready and he have to wait. As his tenancy was at the end he couldn't wait and he requested for refund he paid as deposit as £99. It's 2 months now still they didn't pay him back the deposit. No response for the email as well.

This a very shitty agency! They don’t care about the residents that are living in the property all they care about is just the rent. We have had no hot water in the shower for over two months now!! We have reported this and sent series of emails to the property manager in Lincoln still yet no response. We haven’t had a proper shower in months! Even if we were dogs at least we deserve to be treated right. I don’t recommend this agency to anyone!

Worst company EVER! Me and my friend moved in, in September. There were so many issues such as no hot water or heating the fridge broke so all our food went off and none of this got sorted out! It was a month and nothing had been done so me and my friend let them know we were moving out due to unliveable conditions and STILL got no response. They are now threatening to get debt collectors on me and take me to court for not paying rent??! But I would’ve stayed there if they took our problems seriously and worst staff ever and takes long to get a response back

The worst company ever. Got given a room I'd paid deposit for that was unliveable. So many issues with the houses that they don't care about and won't deal with. It took them 5 months to respond to a rat problem and actually do something. No one cleaned the property before we moved in. It was full of previous tenants rubbish including having full bins so the house was full of flies on arrival. All the staff are rude and don't care about any housing issues. Don't recommend to anyone!!!!!
