Great product nice people to do business with a very fair price

Great team here, Vas is super helpful and quick to respond to queries, we’re very happy with our new worktops. They look fantastic.

From the first inquiry to the aftercare has been 1st class, no issue or query is an issue and Vas certainly is quick to deliver a great service. I absolutely love our pebble quartz worktops & would highly recommend this company for a great price, great installation and fantastic quality. 10/10 Thank you to all the team!

Ordering online and making such an important decision, which impacts the look of your whole project, is always a little nerve-racking. Despite constant questions from me and changes in templating decisions, we could not be happier with the service we received and the end result. The work surfaces and the integrated 1 1/2 bowl sink are just as we hoped and make a stunning addition to our kitchen. Highly recommended.

The install team were friendly, professional and did a great job. They turned up on time and left the site clean and tidy. Would highly recommend them.

Everything was really straightforward, from initial contact, to templating, to installation. Communication and advice from Vas was very good, and Paul who carried out the templating and install was really helpful and flexible. I would definitely use this company again.

Ordering something important like a kitchen worktop from the internet can be a bit nerve-racking. But the service from UK Worktops Direct could not have been better. Vas was really helpful and easy to deal with during the ordering process and Paul, who came to make the template and then again to install the worktop, was top notch. The finished result is everything we could have wished for. Superb.

What an amazing company to work with! Great communication Via email with Vas who helped with product information, costings and savings.She also arranged for samples before making a final choice. Templating and fitting Via Paul and colleague was brilliant! Professional, efficient and a really nice guy. Orderd on the Monday and templating was done on the Friday and fitted 10 days later!! Excellent job UK Worktops direct- I will certainly be recommending you!

UK Worktops Direct provided a quality service overall. The process was efficient, with responsive communication and helpful staff, including Vas and Paul, who resolved any minor issues with professionalism. The installers were efficient, and the competitive pricing added to the positive experience. A few admin hiccups knocked off one star, but I’d still highly recommend them!

VAS, the administrator, was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the different materials available and guided me to Tristone which is considerably better value than corian. Vas, Paul and the team could not have been more helpful from the moment I contacted them! Vas spent a lot of time on the phone helping us to make decisions and suggested alternatives which saved us a considerable amount of money. Paul arrived promptly to template and was extremely experienced, knowledgeable and helpful. The worktops were made and were fitted by Paul two weeks later and are superb. We are absolutely delighted with them and with the service we’ve received from U.K. Worktops Direct. Thank you!

We were initially hesitant about using an unknown online company that we had come across. However, our local supplier (4 miles away) had changed the original price twice and it became too expensive! Worktops Direct was a total revelation in terms of efficiency, price and service. We received a quote the next day after sending a rough plan through. They came the following week to measure up and fitted the worktop the week after and we are 125 miles away from where they are based ! We now have a beautiful (Yes, beautiful ! ) worktop with an undermounted sink and sink cover. We have recommended them to all our family. Definitely a brilliant company to deal with from Vas in the office and Paul doing the measuring and the fitting. Best company we have ever dealt with !!!! Very highly recommended.

Very prompt service, particularly from Vas in the office. Initial installation was a disaster as the poorly designed Corian double sink had to be sent back. Paul recognised the issue and immediately without fuss removed it - it was Corian not UK Worktops Direct at fault. New sink arrived quickly next week and all ok. However this sink then developed a fault, so a further visit was required and a strange anomaly in the work surface quickly fixed. It's not the mistakes or problems that shows great customer service, it is how they are dealt with and UK Worktops Direct were excellent - no trying to avoid responsibility or blaming others, but getting the matter fixed and the customer happy, which I was. No reason not to heartly recommend them and would use them again. Well done to all I came into contact with

Once quote had been received communication was excellent and the installation was professional and on time .
Very happy with the finish and just waiting for small correction to a freestanding worktop .
