Beim Bestellvorgang wurde mir ein Preis von 13,6 Eur (10 % Rabatt einmalig) angezeigt. Nachdem der Betrag gezahlt wurde waren aber noch 1,6 Eur offen. Mein VPS wurde nicht aktiviert bis ich die Summe gezahlt hatte. Eine Frechheit. Das Support Team wollte mich weder im live chat helfen noch auf mein Support Ticket antworten.

Too many frequent service interruptions and outages. Try rebooting the VPS/VDS from terminal or reboot button from their, dashboard? It'll be the god's help when u server is back online. I experienced around 4 hours of downtime with VPS and I thought if I bought VDS with more expensive price, I though I'm getting better service and that VDS got 12 hours of downtime. I'm making this review during await of replies from L2 support of ultahost with the pressure from thousand of people complaining in my phone's chats. Even they take about 12 hours of downtime, they aren't taking any single responsibilities and they'll just say sorry for the inconvenience. They really thought their responsibilities is just to fix my server anytime they want.
!!! If people who need reliable service, Ultahost is not the one. advise from the one of ultahost's cutomer with high blood pressure right now.

Submitted an abuse report with all the pertinent information required to take appropriate action. There response was: Kick rocks since you used a Gmail account to submit the report - go make it someone else's problem. This is very much an Ultahost problem. This response is incredibly asinine. So much so that Ultahost already has an ICANN breach for this exact same thing. Section 3.18.2 of its RAA concerning Domain Name
System (“DNS”) Abuse mitigation. As another reviewer said: Do better.

For now, I can confidently say their support is excellent. I’ll update this review if anything changes, but so far, their team has been fast, patient, and very accommodating.
I had an issue with my IP that turned out to be specific to me and not their fault. Their support representative, Klemens Wagner, resolved it immediately without any unnecessary back-and-forth. Quick, professional, and efficient service.

I’ve been testing a complex setup involving fallback logic and cache behavior, and everything is now working perfectly — thanks to the outstanding support from UltaHost.

Dealing with Ultahost support can be a whole different world depending on the agent who manages your ticket. I recently have a superb experience with "Frank Cole", whose response was efficient and professional. Other agents like "Mason" in the past have been extremely helpful.
I must say, though that the agent who took my ticket before Frank Cole ("Alex Cyan") was the exact opposite and I had to request another agent to deal with my ticket.

Exceptional support (many thanks to General Support and Gary Clarke), and absolutely incredible product quality. All I have to do now is test their availability in terms of server availability and determine if they are truly anti-DMCA (to the extent permitted by the law in the country concerned).
Based on my experience so far, I highly recommend their product.

I had two servers on Ultahost, and their support made a serious mistake. I simply asked when was the last backup for one of my servers — I never confirmed any restoration. Yet, they went ahead and started restoring my site without my approval, and to make things worse, they restored it from the wrong server.
This kind of carelessness is unacceptable, especially for a hosting company that advertises reliable support. Losing or overwriting data because support doesn’t confirm before taking action is a huge red flag. I’ve used many hosts before, but this experience with Ultahost was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional I’ve had.
If you value your data, make sure you have your own backups — don’t rely on their team to handle anything correctly.
