I had a problem with my hosting and Anderson was very reactive and it was resolved in a few minutes.

Acquired 4 dedicated servers from them. Delivery time is within one day, very pleased by that. But where the service really shines is tech support — it's stellar. I've been having a weird SSH issue, most likely due to no fault of Ultahost or us, yet I couldn't connect to a very specific server.

Thomas V. Elbrus took it onto himself to aid me with that, I've been pestering the guy for two days until the issue was solved and the response was always rapid and on point. No kidding, seriously impressed and looking forward to do more business with them.

Anderson Coleman provided superb service by promptly adding a redirect rule to my .htaccess file. After confirming that he'd done so, I asked him to add a new redirect rule. Within minutes, Anderson added it and I saw that it worked well. Kudos to Anderson!
