Wigs did not match the pictures. Buyer beware

I love this wig! It looks and feels really natural!

First off I want to say this is a real review. I live in Istanbul, Turkey, and because of this I needed to make sure my package was shipped DHL, because FedEx is extremely unreliable and difficult to receive packages as a foreigner here in Turkey, and I didn’t want any problems getting my package. All I can say is UL Wigs came through.Their customer service is excellent. They quickly responded to all of my emails and were very polite. I received my package without issue and have recommended them to all my friends here in Turkey! Thank you UL wigs for being professional and reliable!

The hair is exactly like the picture. Same highlights and all! The hair is soft and it comes with strap if you want to have a glueless install!

The hair is soft nice and love the color and curly.

This company is refusing to allow me to return this wig. I have escalated the matter to PayPal and they have not responded to PayPal as of yet. Please whomever is reading this know that this company is not loyal and they will request more money only to send you an item you did not ask for. They do not have the real HD lace instead they are passing transparent lace off as HD and charging you more for it. Keep replying back with that hi honey crap send me my damn money!!!

The worst company I have ever bought hair from. One, they are still holding my refund of hair that I bought from them and choose to return. Two, they have poor customer service and have poor communication with customers. I ordered a HD lace wig which when it got to me didn’t look close to what they had on the website. I asked them to return the hair. It took them over a week just to send me information on return address, yet they give you a window of when to return the hair. Their instructions are not clear about the return information to ship back the hair. They have confirmed that they have received the hair I sent back, yet they are still keeping my money, it’s been over a month. No one answers my emails. Writing this review makes more upset, because we work hard for our money and some greedy hair company like this one choose to not cater to their customers.

The delivery was fine but the actual product is not. I have ordered three other 18 inch, 150 % density wigs from ULWigs before, and I was always satisfied with the product, but not this time. The length and the density are severely lacking. Something has changed with this company and I'm unsure what it is but I doubt that I'll order from ULWigs again after this. I'm very disappointed.

Love the feel of my new wig can’t wait to post a picture after I color them

I have ordered from this company before and had no problems. But this is the first time I have ordered a colored wig from them it was supposed to be a highlighted, prebleached, 360 wig. Instead, I got chunks of orange, obvious knots and little time to fix this before my event. Completely unhappy.

Received my wig and really pleased it’s really good quality, I haven’t installed it yet but hair feels soft, very pleased will buy again.

I ordered a wig that was to be 180 density and it is NOT. I also wrote the company concerning this issue and NO RESONSE. I've also noticed shedding each day S I brush my piece, which is NOT GOOD after only a few days of wearing.

I got the highlight color body wave virgin 13x6 frontal human hair wig. The hair was soft and the color was quite nice. However, I ordered an HD undetectable lace which was universally suppose to be a transparent and a very thin lace. I also ordered 180% density but when I got the hair it felt more on the side of 150% or lower. I have very fair skin so there was no way the lace would look good on me no matter how much translucent powder or concealer I had placed on it. This was to be my first HD lace but I am starting to think they are not selling any real HD laces. If you are on the fair side, I would recommend not purchasing from this site. I tried returning it, but I think it was unfair of them to make me pay shipping out of my pockets when it was their mistake for having a misleading product description. I personally will not be a returning customer as they take forever to respond to even my partial refund request through PayPal.

The color is not the same the base has so much red in it and not brown like the pic.. I have to dye it more brown. The color is not like the pic at all. I'm really disappointed.

Shipping was SLOW and was notified AFTER I PAID that my original order for full lace unit was changed to a 360 lacefront and I wasnt happy about that as I prefer Full Lace units however communication was excellent but I wish I could've been notified the actual full lace unit was not available after the system allowed me to choose, place my order and PAY. I received my unit and was satisfied. The hair color was beautiful as described. I will post pics....

The service was good and the wig is good too. I was expecting more than I received. The hair was ok quality and sheds a lot. I didn’t like that I didn’t have the option to choose the wig size, I have a small head and the medium size cap is to big.
