Very good quality lace, human hair wig.I am very satisfied!

The coating was in another language so I felt uncomfortable completing my order.

This company is Horrible, I place my order November 7,2021 and all I got was my confirmation receipt. I have not received the wig I purchase. I have sent 2 emails and haven’t gotten a response but saw where I receive and email about a review on how the services or product? Damn Horrible and I want my money!! I have NEVER dealt with a company like this before and this is very unacceptable!!

I had asked to switch wigs and it didn’t happen

In June 2021, I ordered an unwearable lace front unit. The unit was extremely thin, extremely small, and unevenly cut, and looked nothing like the image displayed on their website. I attempted to return the unit the same day it arrived, but it took weeks for the company to send me a return address. I returned the order via USPS as instructed, but have yet to receive my refund. I provided ULwigs with the tracking information and all requested documentation, as well as contacting Paypal's Resolution Center. I even called USPS customs and discovered that the seller had not arrived to collect the package, which had been sitting there since 8/26/21. Needless to say, I have no unit and have not received a refund

I communicated via emailand the representative did exactly as I requested

Hi I have not received my item I ordered on 8/14/21 yet. The website states they ship out in 1- 2 days from the order but the tracking information says it was in China on 8/20/21. I wish companies would be transparent about where they are shipping from and the timeline. Then the consumer can make an educated decision if they want to use the company. I am not sure about the quality of the product as I have not received it but I can update the review once I get it if I get it.

The hair is pretty the color is nice and clam not a loud red a star is missing it is not curly like the pic more like a slight wave will have to use the curling iron it came curly but when washed it all the curls went away 😡

DO NOT PURCHSE! They send the cheapest items and do not allow returns.

The H.D scalp looks too fake, hair is thin at the top... only plus is that has nice highlights. Unfortunately cant return and get money back.

ULWIGS, understood my concerns about my natural hair and wanted something nice, blonde highlights wig & look naturally as possible for my vacation . And received my package express shipping!! Color is beautiful and long (22 inches) , can wait till , get it installed.🥰🥰🥰

Today, my first human hair wig was delivered. I was excited and nervous at the same time. When I opened the box, I tried the wig on I was instantly pleased! In fact, I was jubilated with the appearance as well as the texture of the hair.
I must add , this was everything that I had hoped for. In addition, the manufacturer was quite generous with the length… I would approx perhaps by an additional 2 inches. I had a most pleasurable experience and will definitely order again from this company in the future .

I ordered the hair and paid $25 for express ship through DHL. I received the package a week later. The hair is soft. It is pre-plucked and has a clear/ natural mesh in the front, sides and back that needs to be cut. The knots will have to be bleached. It has a slight odour which is to be expected. I haven’t worn it yet so I cannot comment honestly on shedding or ‘wearability’. Also it has the clips and a band for security

Decent quality but prepare for color to not match photos. Unprofessional dye job
