Customer Service Varies…..
They pay on time and charge a decent rate but if you have any queries regarding the way things are done or how changes are being implemented the questions don't get answered and any requests for a call back go unanswered, so in short they are okay if you don't need any information from them at which point its hard work clarifying anything at all.
Called in today and was left on hold for 12 minutes somebody answered only to put me back on hold when i asked for a manager and then cut me off, not great really

The service you describe is not the level of service we aim to provide, so we completely understand how frustrating that must have been.
For any future queries you may have, we are constantly working to improve our communication channels, so as well as calls, we offer the option to send a message via WhatsApp, Email and also an online chat option via our website.

Avoid this company
Avoid this company, they are horrible. I work for one Month for them and I do not receive my pay on time, was two weeks late. After I finished work for them I can't get my holiday pay and P45, I need to ask for this and they just ignore my emails or meesages on live chat.

I am sorry to hear you have had such a negative experience.
I would urge you to please contact our customer services team to review your complaint Marcin. We are here to help you and explain how your pay works when you contract through an umbrella company.
Very often holiday pay is paid upfront to a contractor, unless we are requested to accrue it to take at a later date. However the team can check this for you.
A P45 will always be issued at the end of a contract once final payments are confirmed.
