If I could give 0 stars for this company, I would. They literally have no customer support. They have an AI bot which practically does not know anything. There is no phone number or email address to contact. Their built customer support link never gets any response. I have dropped multiple queries and no response for more than a month.

Now, lemme talk about my actual issue -

I wanted to return the scooter and they said I will be charged $100 restocking fee if I return before 10/10. I canceled on 10/11 and I was still charged that. Even with that, I returned the scooter using Fedex pickup as per their instructions. Fedex guy picked up 3 weeks ago and these guys are still saying that they haven't received the scooter and will charge me monthly $67. I'm still unable to get a response and this is getting super annoying. I will be creating a dispute with my card company and have them handle this fraud company!

Scooters don't work as advertised

Sent the wrong colour. Did get technical support when I said the Scooter didn't want to turn on.

I’ve been a member with Unagi for a little over a year now and I have to say, I’m glad I came across them. Their customer service is always accommodating in a timely fashion. I recently wanted to swap out the color of the scooter I rent and I figured it would be a hassle but to my surprise, they were more than happy to make the adjustment for me.

They sent me a defective scooter and never replaced it at all and I paid 116.00 for it and could never ride it because the charging port never charged the scooter and I told them this and nothing ever happened until I lost my checks they turned it over to collections I just wish they would have handled it much better. I think they should send me a scooter in place of the other one cause I had to wait 3 months to get the scooter cause it was supposed to be a new scooter.

Had a speed problem and emailed them and they responded within a day, and had a solution to help me .

I got a replacement scooter a while back and it was still locked under another account. I sent them an email and they fixed it really fast. The customer service is always very quick to respond to any problem I might have. Which is good because, I live in the city and the scooter has become my main source of transportation.

The process was simple and easy , but we will be returning our unit.
The lack of suspension is just to hash for my wife's ride from the train to work.

They are the best First class all the way.I was more than happy and cant wait to see what’s in the future for them. They are the Porsche of scooters. Thank you we love u!

I had a great experience with Unagi support; It was as easy to send an email explaining my issue and confirming some information and "Done". The team solved my problem in a two-email conversation: fantastic experience and easy access to the team.

Unagi Scooter is easy to maneuver and stylish. It is quite stable even on a bumpy road. The stand is well designed to allow convenient parking.

Unagi's customer service is outstanding. When I have problems with my scooter, they directly work to get a replacement or get the problem fixed. I would highly recommend the Unagi experience.

I have tried many scooters for the past two years but when i tried my friends Unagi Scooter for a week, i realised this was the one i was looking for so i bought one. The style is quite decent and classy and of course the charge is amazing too.

Since I have the services of UNAGI I have very good experiences with them m, they always respond to all debts and take all the necessary measures so that their customers are pleased. Shipments, changes and any management with the brand is of excellent quality. I really appreciate your services and I hope to remain your customer for a long time.

Absolutely love this scooter. Up to 21mph, airless wheels, and the lease/rental plan means I never have to worry about repairs or theft. Folds down and fits easily in any apartment. I swapped once and they make it very easy.

My experience with Unagi was very positive. Once I reached a customer service representative, they were exceptionally helpful and professional. They listened carefully to my issue and walked me through the solution step by step. The customer service representative demonstrated great product knowledge and resolved my problem efficiently. While faster initial response times would be welcome, the quality of service I received made up for the wait!

I really enjoy Unagi Scooters I am have been an all access member for a year and some change. I started out with the old model. Used for a while, really enjoyed and then upgraded on a special Unagi had. The Voyager is awesome. It's sturdy and durable. I have logged over 500 miles (and counting) on the same scooter, no issues either technical or mechanical related. Customer support was so helpful and non judgemental when I had an issue with payment and they were able to work with me, and even sent me a follow up email thanking me for payment and for continuing my subscription. It really made me feel good. This scooter has saved me from getting from point A to point B given I don't have a car. I even got my daughter one now too and we enjoy rides together. Thanks Unagi scooters team!

Customer service has been helpful with any billing issues. The scooter has a great range and works pretty well. Right now the software update has limited the speed which is supposed to be resolved but haven’t heard anything yet. I hope they fix it soon. Overall a decent buy for what you spend, though the speed thing needs resolved and I think the price should really be around 60 total a month.
